Kurang bagus.. Satu kejadian dianggap jadi 3 kejadian.. Benar2 Ga mau rugi ini asuransi

Kecewa pake Asuransi Artarindo, Asuransi Mobil saya Allrisk 5 tahun tp tahun ke 4 mau claim katanya udah di REFUND di tahun ke 3 padahal saya tdk menerima uang refund tersebut dan Mobil masih saya Cicil sampai sekarang.., Ada permainan apakah ini coba ?
Disappointed using Artarindo Insurance, my car insurance is Allrisk 5 years old, but in the 4th year I want to claim I have already refunded it in year 3 even though I did not receive the refund money and my car is still in installments until now .., What games do you try?

sangat tidak recommended! kecewa memilih asuransi ini untuk mobil saya. sangat kecewa. Proses klaim dibuat sangat ribet. Surveyor selalu menyuruh masuk ke bengkel umum padahal saya mau masuk ke bengkel authorized dan sudah bayar premi tambahan untuk itu. Surveyor terus ngeyel suruh masuk ke bengkel umum yang dia tunjuk. Ketika saya tetap teguh mau mau ke bengkel authorized, eh surveyor nya nggak mau survey datang, tapi saya disuruh bolak balik ke bengkel Authorized Honda nya langsung. Ini asuransi dengan pelayakan TERBURUK yang pernah saya pakai selama ini.
very not recommended! disappointed to choose this insurance for my car. very disappointed. The claim process is made very complicated. Surveyors always ask to enter a public workshop even though I want to go to an authorized workshop and have paid an additional premium for it. The surveyor kept yelling to enter the public workshop he was pointing at. When I was determined to go to the authorized workshop, eh the surveyor didn't want the survey to come, but I was told to go back and forth to the Honda Authorized Workshop directly. This is the WORST service insurance I've ever used.

biasa gk pernah pake asuransi ini , tp krn direkomen dari awal beli mobil jd cobalah asuransi ini . awalnya ok krn rekanan bengkel yg ckup byk dn surveyor bs lgs dtg ke tempat . tp dlm proses claim yg sgt mengecewakan mulai dr dijanjikan spk sls 1 hari hingga d block oleh surveyorny tanpa dikabari . sampai hrs ngmg ke atasanny baru surveyor tsb unblock wa . kekecewaan kmudian dilanjutkan yg seperti saling melempar bola antara pihak asuransi dan pihak honda . pihak asuransi selalu blg msh menunggu estimasi dr honda sdgkn ketika sy lgs coba kontek ke org Honda dikatakan bahwa estimasi sudah kelar dn hnya menunggu spk dari pihak artarindo . saya harap kejadian pengblockan oleh surveyor dan sistem kerja yg lempar sana sini tdk terulang lagi . ini pengalaman terburuk yg pernah sy alami dgn pihak asuransi krn sblmnya sy tdk memakai asuransi ini dn tdk menemukan kejadian spt ini
Usually I never use this insurance, but because it was recommended from the beginning to buy a car so try this insurance. Initially ok because the workshop partners who are good enough and the surveyors can go to the place. but in the process of claims that were very disappointing starting from the promised sls 1 day to d block by surveyorny without being informed. until I have to go to the new supervisor, the surveyor unblock wa. Then the disappointment continued which was like throwing a ball between the insurance and the Honda. the insurer is always still waiting for the estimation from honda at the time when I was trying to contact Honda, it was said that the estimate was finished and just waiting for the request from artarindo. I hope the bloc incident by the surveyors and the work systems that were tossed here and there won't happen again. this is the worst experience I've ever experienced with the insurance because before I didn't use this insurance and didn't find anything like this

Alhamdulillah udah dapet nomer yang bisa di hubungi. Memang proses klaimnya sangat lama dan saya juga sempat kecewa karena pelayanannya tapi setelah mencari nomer dari beberapa situs saya Nemu untuk langsung ke bengkel yang ada rekanan pihak artharindo. Jd untuk semua yang sedang ingin mengklaim asuransi silahkan langsung Dateng saja ke tempat klaim ya
Alhamdulillah, I have got a number that can be contacted. Indeed, the claim process is very long and I was also disappointed because of the service, but after looking for numbers from several sites I found myself to go directly to the workshop that had Artharindo partners. So for all those who want to claim insurance, please just come directly to the claim place
