We were here today and we spent only 45 minutes for total and it was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service and fast response. For your information, recently I just requested this office to print my new taspen card because the old one was (i guess) lost. So, I came here and went to 2nd floor to ask directly. After that, they will print your new card within 5-10 minutes. I think it's worth of time and their procedure are clearly informed to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never felt this satisfy when I went to some public service offices until this morning I accompanied my mom to Taspen. The service was really good, fast, the officer also really helpful and kind, very pension-friendly
My mom and I claimed for my father’s documents, recorded my mom’s authentication, and asked the bank about Karip, only spent 50minutes. It’s the fastest so far! Great Job Taspen! TERBAIK!
