★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speechless and sad. Insurance belonged to Indonesian government and had been established since 1859 now toppled down. Mismanaged and Corrupted by its management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Indonesian Government Insurance for public but failed to pay to all its customers who claimed their insurance after due date. Jiwasraya insolvency cause corruption and mismanagement by its directors. Now, Jiwasraya insurance has been closed per 31 December 2020 and now taken over by Indonesia Financial Group. And now insurance policy holders are asked to restructure by government and new insurance policy will be under Indonesia Financial Group. This is bad precedent for Indonesian insurances. People will be difficult to believe insurance industry.
