★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau nggak salah baca rumah di perumahan ini ditawarkan seharga 150.000 k. Ukuran tanah sekitar 60m persegi, bangunan ukuran 36m persegi. Ada yang langsung bilang murah itu. Kalau dipikir-pikir, memang membangun rumah tidak murah. Ini sudah jadi dan bisa kredit, mungkin begitu pertimbangan yang memberikan komentar. Fasilitas jalan sudah berpaving, entah swadaya entah dari pengembang. Hanya tidak selebar di perumahan yang kutinggali. Kalau berpapasan dengan mobil lain, susah juga.
