- manque de professionnalisme Professionnel
- en cas de besoin en tant que locataire, le service est catastrophique, digne d’une nomenclatura soviétique totalitaire avec un très mauvais esprit (les professionnels de l’immobilier comprendront), non équilibré entre les parties
-Absence totale de conseil, donc, face à la pléthore d’offre sur le marché et grâce à la baisse actuelle des prix de location, il est facile de trouver des agents qui feront l’affaire et qui ne seront pas « gossip », capables de parler très mal autour d’eux ... ... ...!
- Bon prise en compte des demandes du client, non équilibré dans la relation entre le fournisseur et le client ( l’agent n’est pas impartial et est incapable d’apporter quelque solution que ce soit), cet agent n’est pas un agent à mon sens, c’est un simple encaisseur de loyer
A bon entendeur, pensez-y à 2 fois, il y a une pléthore d’agent qui sont sérieux et qui savent traiter leurs clients en tant que tel sur le secteur

- Good consideration of customer requests, unbalanced in the relationship between the supplier and the customer (the agent is not impartial and is unable to provide any solution whatsoever), this agent is not a agent in my opinion, he is a simple rent collector
To the best of my mind, think twice, there is a plethora of agents who are serious and who know how to treat their clients as such in the sector
