★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur sy kecewa dg sistem kerja agen Amarta. Sy belum terima uang 1 sen pun dan perjanjian belum ditandatangani kunci sdh diberikan ke penyewa. Sehingga penyewa bisa masuk barang. Bahkan hal ini coba ditutup-tutupi dg mengatakan belum serah terima. Sungguh tidak profesional. Sy memberikan kunci hanya untuk lihat ruko bkn memberi kuasa penuh atas properti saya. Di saat ada masalah semua agen tidak bisa dihubungi dan lepas tangan. Sampai hari ini pun tidak permintaan maaf. Sungguh tidak profesional dan benar2 mengecewakan.!!
Honestly, I am disappointed with Amarta's agent system. I haven't received even 1 cent of the money and the agreement hasn't been signed with the keys to the tenants. So the tenant can enter the goods. In fact, this matter is tried to cover up by saying it has not been handover. Really unprofessional. Sy gave me the key only to see the shop, not giving full authority over my property. When there is a problem all agents cannot be contacted and hands off. Even today there is no apology. Really unprofessional and really disappointing. !!

dari lihat rumah, tanda tangan kontrak sewa-menyewa dan pembayaran sangat di bantu sekali sama pak david marketing amartha properti, pelayanannya juga sangat cepat dan gesit, ada keluhan selalu fast respon.

What I see here is not from Amartha, but from her personal agent who is the most important, and Mr. David I know that she has been holding onto several units of my property for a long time, and the person is very responsible and professional.
