β β β β β Saya berlangganan d apotik gading bersama sdh lama krn saya tinggal deket situ.. tp hari ini tgl 03/06/2020 jam 08.50 saya sangat kecewa krn Kasir/karyawan apotik dg mudah nya bilang bahwa tidak ada kembalian, Mending klo hanya 500 atau 1000 sih tidak jd masalah.. tp ini kembalian Rp.3000 lho, dan menurut saya agak aneh saja klo kembalian Rp.3000 dia anggap biasa.. dan mau d ganti dg barang seharga 3000.. bukan mslh uangnya.. tp etika nya sangat tdk ada, hrs nya kasir berusaha mencari ato usaha mencari.. & akhirnya dg terpaksa saya terima dg d ganti tolak angin cair yg sblmnya mau d ganti dg vitacimin (dan sy blm membutuhkan nya krn stok d rumah saya msh 1 box).. krn kasir hanya diam saja bahkan saat saya bilang saya tdk bersedia d ganti pun dia hanya bilang.. βmaaf ga ada kembalianβ
Tolong dong managemen/pemilik d perhatiakn hal ini.. krn saya baca d ulasan rata2 sama keluhan dari pembeli/pelanggan.
I subscribe to the ivory pharmacy together for a long time because I live close to it ... but today 03/06/2020 at 08.50 I am very disappointed because the cashier / pharmacy employee easily said that there was no change, it would only be 500 or 1000 anyway no problem ... but this is IDR 3,000 change, and in my opinion it's rather strange if the IDR 3,000 change he considers normal .. and want to replace with goods worth 3000 .. not about the money ... but the ethics is very non-existent , the cashier should try to find or attempt to search ... and finally I was forced to accept it by replacing the liquid wind reject which previously would be replaced with vitacimin (and I don't need it because the stock in my house is still 1 box) ... because the cashier is only said nothing even when I said I was not willing d change even he just said .. "sorry there is no change"
Please management / owner, please pay attention to this ... because I read the average review of complaints from buyers / customers.

β β β β β Tanpa struk,perincian harus minta dlu dan dengan tulis tangan di kertas. dan suka tiba2 naik harga pas di kasir,tanya melalui WA paginya trus datang beda 2 jam lsg naik bilangnya dari kmarin.

Jadi siapin aja debit card gaes moga" edc jg ga erorr ye. Trs kalau belanja banyak dikasi kantong kresek nya yg bening super tipis. Atuh jeboll lha jadi mesti pisah" deh banyak kantong atau ya siapin kantong sendiri gaes. Trs temen baru kejadian. Minta pesen anter tp sampe hari berikutnya belum dianter" sampe akhirnya marah" datang jg tu obat. Harusnya ya kl memang ga bisa anter/ada kendala diinformasiin ga ada salah nya si

terutama layansn antar di bawah 70rb , bs di antar 3 hari kemudian.
belanja saja di apotik berkat yg hrg nya bs beda 40%

β β β β β Apotik jelek. Bila order cuma dikit / di bwh 50rb..mrk tdk mau antar tp juga tdk mau terus terang kalau tdk mau antar jadi kita akan tunggu terus tanpa kepastian. Sy saran ke apotik berkat, hrg bisa beda 30%.

β β β β β Kemarin sya dpat order grab ekpres di sni tapi titik nggak sesuai malah di jaln raya legok jauh jauh sampe 2 km.. sya tnya karyawan kata ny bukan apotek ini.
Yesterday, I was able to order an express grab here but the point is not right, even on the legok highway, it's far away for up to 2 km.
