Aku berobat pakai asuransi admedika.
Nih pengalamanku :
1. datang pagi-pagi dari keluar tol Tanjung Priok dari jl. Yos Sdudarso aku udah liat penunjuk jalan arak ke rumah sakit di jalan Kebon Bawang. aku sampe lalu parkir. Parkiran cukup banyak space nya, ada di belakang RS juga.
2. Aku lanjut ke RS, disambut sama mas securtinya yang ramah, aku ditanya mau berobat pakai bayar tunai atau jaminan. aku bilang aku jaminan asuransi admedika.
3. Aku lalu diberikan nomor antrean, selang 5 menit aku duduk di lobi, antreanku dipanggil. lalu aku kebagian pendaftaran, menunjukkan kartu admedika ku sama ktp nya ke petugas pendaftarannya, aku diminta menunggu sebentar untuk diproses sama mas nya. nggak lama kemudian aku diminta untuk tanda tangan beberapa formulir. sipp selesai Masnya Ramah banget.
4. Setelah dibagian pendaftaran, aku diminta untuk naik ke lantai satu untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan mata dengan alat-alat modern gitu, mas dan mbanya ramah banget.
5. Setelah melakukan pemeriksaan mata aku menunggu giliran untuk masuk kepoli dokter spesialis mata, and yang akurasakan, dokternya sangat baik, perhatian dan penuh empati. penjelasannya jelas dan bikin aku semangat untuk sembuh.
6. yup tahapan terakhir aku turun ke lantai dasar di loby tadi, untuk ambil beberapa obat di instalasi farmasi yang lokasinya di sebelah lobi pendaftaran.
7. Aku ke bagian kasir, mba nya menginfokan kalau ngga ada selisih biaya, dan semuanya ditanggung sama asuransi aku. dan proses selesai, aku bisa pulang deh
wah lumayan praktis ya, cashless ga pake ribet. thanks banget ya Jec Primasana, pelayanannya sangat memuaskan.

I used medical insurance for treatment.
Here's my experience:
1. Arrive early in the morning from the Tanjung Priok toll exit from Jl. Yos Sdudarso, I saw the sign for the wine to the hospital on Jalan Kebon Bawang. I arrived and parked. There's quite a lot of parking space, it's behind the hospital too.
2. I continued to the hospital, was greeted by a friendly security guard, I was asked if I wanted treatment using cash or collateral. I said I had medical insurance coverage.
3. I was then given a queue number, after 5 minutes I sat in the lobby, my queue was called. then i got the registration, showed my admedika card and ktp to the registration officer, i was asked to wait a while to be processed by the mas. not long after that I was asked to sign some forms. sipp finished, Mas, very friendly.
4. After the registration section, I was asked to go up to the first floor for an eye examination with modern tools, the mas and the madam were very friendly.
5. After doing an eye examination, I waited my turn to go to the eye specialist clinic, and what I felt, the doctor was very kind, caring and full of empathy. The explanation is clear and makes me excited to heal.
6. Yup, the last step was for me to go down to the ground floor in the lobby, to take some medicine at the pharmacy installation, which is located next to the registration lobby.
7. I went to the cashier, the mba informed me that there was no difference in costs, and everything was covered by my insurance. and the process is complete, I can go home
wow, it's pretty practical, cashless doesn't use complicated. thank you very much, Jec Primasana, the service is very satisfying.

1. parkir mobil cukup
2. masuk disambut securty menanyakan berobat dengan cash atau jaminan.
3. saya diberi antrean lalu ke bagian pendaftaran, ga makan waktu yang lama.
. lalu saya naik ke lantai 1, cek mata BDR istilahnya.
4. setelah itu saya bertemu dengan dokter, dan dokternya ramah dan professional.
5. saya turun mendapatkan obat, lalu bayar dikasir.
overall, pelayanan sangat bagus, harga sangat wajar. terimakasih yaa

My eye exam. Get a referral from Primaya Bekasi Barat. I don't know whether today's surgery is immediate or not. Whatever it is, hopefully the results will get better. Amen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a paying customer then it's best to avoid this institution. As they are a Govt insurance aid centre. Doctor personally asked to come before 8.30 but himself came later. Equipment is limited and most don't work. Reliability is on a single microscope in the operating room. Have waited 3 hours 10 minutes from the appointed time but the procedure has yet to be done.
