★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most technologically advanced medical center in the country. This hospital offer all newest medical equipment for patient, located strategically in heart of central Jakarta (called as Menteng region). The access to this place is only by taxi or private car (actually can be accessed via popular ride hailing online car). Overally, this hospital is good choice for technology medical treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great nurses and doctors. However the Insurance Team (they call it Rekanan) are the worst. Slow response, rude attitude, and not give any solution at all in urgent time.
Will never go back to this hospital if I need to use insurance.

Good (and best) doctors, bad system coordination, administration (especially insurance related)
I would not recommend if you have no free money cause its expensive af. Also, the waiting game here is top notch, it could take 4 5 hours (or more) to handle insurance
Oh and the worst thing, I got a room with no WIFI NOR SIGNAL (yes, the cellular one) so I cannot contact anyone while bedresting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and new facilities. However, the following needs a lot of improvements:
- waiting time in pharmacy is too long
- pls do not assume that patients are aware of the process in the hospital
- make staff knowledgeable about processes so they won't give wrong instructions to patients
- doctors should explain lab results (or at least endorse to other doctor who are available), don't just leave patients with the medicines without explaining the sickness (very irresponsible!)
- abolish the admin costs, too expensive, for a very lousy service
- staff looks busy all the time, but processes are so slow, so are they just busy with nothing of value to patients? Help check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't found something special yet, except Their quite pricey, it's a common thing when u're in "Menteng". Their Frontline services are average, there's no enough space for parking. And their prayer room is too small, no privacy. The good one is I met a best doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an MRI-US Fusion robotic prostate biopsy which surprises me. I heard it can diagnose prostate cancer super accurately.
Their latest 3T MRI is also the best in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave good arrangement, I didn’t wait too long from I came until I got vaccinated, clean place and nice service from the nurse and the doctor too. I got Pfizer booster here. Fyi, my first and second vaccines were AZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As most have reviewed, good line of doctors but awful (I mean, AWFUL, terrible) services. I dont know why such a hospital couldnt set up appmnt timing schedules. Waiting 5 hours to see a doctor is stupid and disrespectful of patients' time. And dont get me started with the pharmacy! Dont bother to wait, just gojek/grabsend the meds. You'll grow grey hairs waiting for doctors and meds.
So many have complained, such a shame the hospital management doesnt do something about it.
