★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors and nurses. I have taken my dogs to do operations here, very well done. Often crowded, you will need to take queue and take a number (if you miss your number, you have to take another one). Waiting room is a little bit packed when crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Vet is very crowded almost everyday. Maybe the best in Kelapa Gading region. It has 3 doctors and 2-3 nurses, all of them are so friendly. You have to be patient when you line up beacuse every dog will br treated very detail, so it take long time. But when you bring your dog in emereg cy situation, they will just please you come first, so amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have two vets, drh agnes and drh vimala, both serve very well. They observe and very detail on diagnosing our pets, they also provide pets care which include shelter and food when you have to leave and leave your pets for sometimes. I have been there for a few years and they provide good services, above all they all care and pay attention to our loved ones. Note, now they provide queing machine, so you have to get ticket for qeuing.
