★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous pet clinic in Jakarta, but I think I chose the wrong vet, just because she was the one who showed up first at the clinic after being late for more than 30 minutes. I was dissapointed because I rushed to the clinic to be on time for my appointment, just to find out that no vet had come, and their staff didn't know when they would arrive at the clinic.
When a vet finally came, and I was invited to come inside the vet's room, they injected my dog right away without explaining in advance what injection was given to him, even before the vet observed my dog. And the vet didn't seem to care nor interested in my dog. Just a quick glance then she wrote a prescription and asked me to come again after two weeks with my dog for follow-up examination. When I was buying the medicine at the pet drugstore belongs to the clinic, the vet required me to buy patent medicine which was very expensive. Looks like the vet/clinic is money oriented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the customer service was terrible. not helpful in the slightest. my dog accidentally ingested what may be a rat poison in the middle of the night and they straightly ask me to go check other 24 hours vet since they're full. according to them its not an emergency. didn't even bother asking the condition of the dog. very very very disappointed and will not go there for any reason anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet is very far from my house but i must come because my dog get parasite ih her blood and need blood transfusion. To me, this place like hospital for pets. So the first floor seems like emergency room, then you have to stay in fourth floor when you need staying for further treatment. The price is a little cheaper than vet in kelapa gading. The doctors in fourth floor are very friendly. They are professional, my dog is treated so well and I am satisfied. I love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drh Tatang is incredible. With 2 acupuncture needles, low level of electric shock, and a little stretching exercises, my puppy is well and able to walk normal again. Well recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first visit here was when we brought our 9 week old Corgi puppy for her second vaccine shot. It was around 8:30am on a Saturday when we arrived, and there was only 1 patient before us so we didn't have to wait long for our turn. Do note that this vet have 2 separate buildings located just 2 minutes walk away from each other. For our pup, we went to the maternity building. Registration was pretty fast, and the reception staffs were friendly and offered to help fill the form if we weren't able to. When it was our turn, we went upstairs to the vet's office, and our pup was checked right away. The vet (drh. Arpan) did a quick physical check, and examined a sample of something under the miscroscope (apologies as we didn't quite catch what it was or where it was taken from). Once that was done, the vaccine was administered and the vet completed the vaccination card for us with our pup's temperature, weight, and label taken from the vaccine bottle. He also warned us what symptoms look out for after the shot, and some tips about caring for a young puppy. We paid less than Rp300k for that visit, and overall we had a satisfying experience. Lucky for us this vet is located close to where we live. Thank you, drh. Cucu & team.
