★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clinic to have your pet checked up. The vet is thorough with the diagnosis. You can go here if your pet needs a quick checkup, however they don’t have the tools such as xray or blood test if the pet needs more serious/comprehensive checkup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well THANK YOU drh RAMA for all of your help to make my cat died. I came to this clinic at sept 13. drh RAMA who incharge for my kitten, gave the wrong diagnose, told me wrong about the cat's age. He told me my kitten is 3-4months old, and his condition is ok, nothing to be worried. How come a veterinarian didn't know that the kitten is actually still 1-2 months old??!!. He gave the injection for immune he said. In the clinic my kitten was ok, still playing and walking around. All day after went to this vet, he became weaker and weaker. Still vomiting, didn't want to eat at all.
Today at dawn sept 14, i saw him very weak, like dying. Panicking, i went to another vet, more experienced. That another vet, she is the one who told me that my kitten is around 2 months old. Brought there dying, 5h later he passed away ???. Less than 24h after went to this vet.
Once again THANK YOU drh RAMA. Maybe drh RAMA still recognizes my kitten. I'm really hoping drh RAMA read this!!
Be careful with drh RAMA, he seems unprofessional, doesn't understand enough about cats, lack of experience. A 1-2 months old kitten, can turns into 3-4 months old in his eyes and hands. I don't know about the other veterinarians.

Think thousands times before go to this clinic!!! If there is 0 star, i would give this clinic 0 star. Even this clinic doesn't deserve to get any stars. I only want to give alert for people who thinking to go to this clinic. If just for general check up maybe it'd be ok. but don't bring your pets here, if they sick, please find other vets.
My biggest regrets in my life to bring miko/toastie to this clinic ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although, the staffs and doctor was very kind and helpful, i cant help but notice that they were a bit scared with my dog. My dog is not a big dog, small but plump (12kgs). My dog is something you could call a "street dog", it didnt belong to any kind of dog race. But, he is not an agressive one. It's just that my dog tends to avoid being diagnose with a doctor (many have experience this, right? If not that many, i apologize in advance. I didnt mean to give bad review. Just maybe, an eye opener for doctors and staffs, and they could learn from my experience to improve their service).
Just a little advice from me. As a pet clinic, maybe if u are more comfortable around cats only (or other animals beside dogs), or scared, or for whatever reason do not want to be around dogs, please use the tag name for your clinic as Cat's clinic only. Or maybe attached "not for dog clinic". I'm sure that will avoid dogs owner to come to your clinic.
So, i'm sorry. My first visit is going to be my last one to your clinic. As i dont want to add stress to the staffs. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is decent and professional. There is only one parking space outside for car. But there are plenty on the street. The doctor is very informative and the nurse know how to handle my cat.
Update: one of my cats get injured on the brain. The staffs act quickly, prioritizing my cat who is in emergency. The doctor keep me updated with my cat condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the price is kind of cheap but there are almost no queue for the vet, this should imply something isn’t it?
I personally will never take my cat here again ever.
Thankfully my cats survived, though one of them looks traumatized everytime they goes to a check up on any vet.
