★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk pelayanan dan lama.barang sudah sampai di gudang pos Pademangan timur dari tanggal 24 tanggal 29 belum juga di kirim.waktu di datengin tidak ada kata maaf sekali pun terucap dari petugas di sana.pingiriman biasa nya kalau kantor pos daerah Jakarta selatan sehari aja sampai ini kalau gak di ambil mereka juga tidak tau ada barang nya atau tidak.harus banyak yang di perbaiki

Awalnya tgl 11 desember 2019 saya membayar listrik dan pam air. Dan ketika itu pelayanannya bilang "Mba ini ada yang keselip dan nyangkut struk nya jadi ga bisa di cetak sekarang, nanti saya infokan kalau sudah siap cetak minta nomor mba WA nya yah". Saya yang ga tau apa2 sistemnya ya menangkap bahwa struk nya belum bisa diambil ya kan.
Jadi saya bayar 1.2 jt sekian dan itu lunas dgn catatan yang diberikan mba2 nya, tertulis jumlah tagihan.

Sekarang 26 desember 2019, dia nge chat di WA. Kecewa bgt. Padahal ini kesalahan sistemnya trus saya yang harus bayar denda. Males bolak balik hanya demi ngambil struk dan bayar denda. Lagian pengelolanya gimana sih udah tau 24-25 libur natal dan pos libur. Kok tgl cetaknya di tgl 24 ya otomatis yg punya struk denda.
Dan sebenernya ini murni kesalahan sistem dan pelayanan nya kan. Kok jadi ada denda segala. Very bad servis.
I have a little story about my disappointment with the service here.
Initially on December 11, 2019 I paid for electricity and water. And when the service said "This MBA has slipped and stuck to the receipt so it can't be printed now, I'll inform you when it's ready to print, ask for the WA mba number, yeah." I don't know what the system is, catching that the receipt can't be taken yet right.
So I paid 1.2 million, and that was paid off with the notes given by the MBA, the amount of the bill was written.

Now December 26, 2019, he is chatting in WA. Very disappointed. Even though this is a system error then I have to pay a fine. Lazy back and forth just for the sake of taking receipt and pay a fine. Anyway how about the management already know 24-25 Christmas holidays and post holidays. How come the date of printing on 24 is automatic with a fine receipt.
And actually this is purely a system and service error. How come there is everything fine? Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan nya mantap. Diberi tahu melalui wa bhw ada paket dilengkapi dg info foto dan biaya bea cukainya. Cross checked ke website pos indonesia melakukan tracking dg nomor resi yg diberikan, semua cocok. Akhirnya memutuskan datang ke lokasi. Bayar cukai dan ambil paketnya tdk sampai 10 menit. Semoga layanan bagus ini bisa konsisten. Sayangnya di google map belum tercantum nomor teleponnya. Salam sehat
The service is solid. Was told via wa that there was a package equipped with photo info and customs fees. Cross checked to the postal Indonesia website to do tracking with the receipt number given, all matched. Finally decided to come to the location. Pay excise duty and pick up the package in less than 10 minutes. Hopefully this good service can be consistent. Unfortunately on google map the phone number is not listed. healthy greetings
