★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada hari Jumat 12 November saya mendatangi kantor pos AGEN ALEGRIA sekitar pukul 18:32:18 WIB lalu saya menanyakan 'apakah masih buka bu' lalu penjaga menjawab dengan nada dan kata kata yang tidak mengenakan 'nih ya mba, kalo pintu nya masih bisa di geser kaya gini (sambil menggeser pintu) ini masih buka tanda nya ya' menurut saya sebagai penjual jasa servis seperti itu sangat tidak memuaskan ya untuk standar "kantor pos Indonesia" kejadian tidak mengenakan bukan baru terjadi kemarin sebelumnya Sempat kejadian juga dengan saya cuma saya pikir 'oh mungkin dia capek, atau mungkin mood nya sedang tidak enak' tapi lama kelamaan kok ya seperti ini terus jawaban yang diberikan tidak mengenakan, sangat tidak ramah, jawaban selalu ketus seperti saya ini bukan customer. Tolong ya pelayanan nya diperbaiki segera. Memalukan!
On Friday, November 12, I went to the ALEGRIA AGENCY post office at around 18:32:18 WIB and then I asked 'is it still open ma'am' then the guard answered in a tone and words that did not wear 'here, ma'am, if the door can still be opened? sliding like this (while sliding the door) is the sign still open, yes, in my opinion, as a seller of services like that, it's very unsatisfactory, yes, for "Indonesian post office" standards, the incident didn't happen, it didn't just happen yesterday. 'oh maybe he's tired, or maybe he's in a bad mood' but over time, how come it's like this and the answers given are not appropriate, very unfriendly, the answers are always curt like I'm not a customer. Please, the service is repaired immediately. Embarrassing!
