★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan masuk yang masih satu komplek dengan perumahan griya indah. Dekat dengan tugu dan stasiun serta malioboro. Suasanaa yg tenang dengan pemandangan alam seperti gunung merapi.
 Entrance housing which is still a complex with beautiful residential housing. Close to the monument and the station and Malioboro. Quiet atmosphere with natural scenery such as Mount Merapi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yang bersih, rapi, tertata. Pernah masuk satu kali ke sana sewaktu dapat orderan ojek on line ke sana, pak satpamnya juga ramah. Walaupun sudah tau jalan di dalam kompleks satu arah, tetep diingatkan. Btw, kayaknya jarang banget ya warga perum pondok permai 1 yang order?? Xixixixi
Clean, neat, organized housing. Once in there once when you get an online motorcycle taxi order there, the security guard is also friendly. Even though you already know the road in a one-way complex, it's still reminded. Btw, I guess it is very rare, yes, residents of Perum Pondok Permai 1 order ?? Xixixixi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semakin bnyak perumahan berdiri di yogyakarta tentunya menandakan jogja menjadi kota idaman untuk di huni akan tetapi pasti memberikan dampak baik dampak positif bahkan juga dampak negatif seperti musim kering yg terjadi 3 tahun belakngan di jogja yg mengakibatkan sumur sumur warga menadi kering ada andil dengan semakin maraknya prmbangunan di jogja kenapa? Jelas daerah resapan air akan semakin sempit yg mengakibatkan cadangan air di dalam tanah berkurang hal ini mengingatkan saya kepada dosen saya prof mursyidi beliau pernah membuat teori akan adanya fenomena "air itu mahal" nah sudah mulai terbukti 2 sampu 3 tahun belakangan air sumur dijogja mengalami kekerinagan dimusim kemarau. Ini bukan salah pengembang ataupun kontraktor. Ini adalah tanggung jawab kita bersama sebagai kholifah di muka bumi ini yg diamanahi bumi dan isinya. Mari kita jaga kita rawat bumi kita kita wariskan kebaikan kepada anak cucu kita bukan dr orang lain semuanya itu hanya bis atercapai dengan dimulai dari diri kita sendiri
The increasing number of housing estates in Yogyakarta certainly signifies that Jogja is a dream city to be inhabited, but it certainly has good impacts, positive impacts and even negative impacts such as the dry season which occurred 3 years ago in Jogja which causes the wells of the residents to dry up and contribute to the rise in development. why in Jogja? Obviously the water catchment area will be narrower which causes water reserves in the soil to decrease this reminds me of my lecturer prof mursyidi he once made a theory of the phenomenon of "water is expensive" well already started to be proven 2 to 3 years later wells in the water wells have been experiencing drought in the dry season. This is not the fault of the developer or contractor. This is our shared responsibility as kholifah on this earth who is entrusted with the earth and its contents. Let us take care of our earth, we inherit kindness to our children and grandchildren, not from other people, it can only be achieved by starting with ourselves
