Location in a residential complex...relatively quiet and comfortable...clean place...circulation inside is good/not cramped..good service...doctor and medicine rates are relatively cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini berdasarkan pengalaman saya saja. Mohon kebijaksanaan pembaca. Boleh dilanjutkan berobat kesini atau tidak silahkan. Kucing saya sakit diare dan muntah. Lalu dilakukan suntik sebanyak 3 kali yaitu anti muntah, injeksi dan multivitamin. Selang 30 menit sampai rumah kucing saya muntah dan keracunan. Saya tidak suudzon tapi sebelum ke klinik ini kucing saya tidak apa-apa. Sekarang kucing saya meninggal karena kejang akibat keracunan obat (kata dokter yang menangani di klinik lain). Harap berhati-hati saja.? (Tambahan ulasan tanggal 3 Agustus 2021)dan saya sudah bilang ke dokter bahwa 2 kucing saya (saudara enduy) yang terkena panleukopenia sedang di opname di klinik lain dan alhamdulillah sekarang sudah survive. Dokter yang menangani enduy waktu itu di pet city bilang bahwa enduy boleh dirawat dirumah karena enduy tidak menunjukkan gejala terserang virus dan suhu badan normal. Saya tahu betul enduy fisiknya kuat alhamdulillah kalau diperiksa di klinik mana saja langsung sembuh. Beda halnya dengan sehabis priksa di klinik ini (pet city). Saya menyesal sampai sekarang membawa kucing saya ke klinik ini. Mohon pertimbangan para pemilik anabul yang mau kesini. Itu saja dari saya. Lebih berhati-hati. Lihat juga apakah terdapat IJIN PRAKTEK nya?
Allah SWT lebih tahu huallahu a'lam nantinya Allah SWT yang lebih memiliki hak untuk membalas pada waktunya yang tepat.?
This is based on my experience only. Reader discretion please. Can continue treatment here or not please. My cat is sick with diarrhea and vomiting. Then do the injection 3 times, namely anti-vomiting, injection and multivitamins. After 30 minutes until my cat's house vomited and was poisoned. I'm not suudzon but before this clinic my cat was okay. Now my cat died of seizures due to drug poisoning (says the doctor who treats him at another clinic). Please be careful.? (Additional review dated August 3, 2021) and I have told the doctor that my 2 cats (Enduy's brother) who had panleukopenia are being hospitalized at another clinic and thank God they are now surviving. The doctor who handled Enduy at that time in Pet City said that Enduy could be treated at home because Enduy did not show any symptoms of being infected with the virus and his body temperature was normal. I know very well that Enduy is physically strong, thank God, if he is examined at any clinic, he will immediately recover. It's different with the check-up at this clinic (pet city). I regret until now bringing my cat to this clinic. Please consider the anabul owners who want to come here. That's all from me. More careful. Also see if there is a PRACTICE LICENSE ?

Alhamdulillah, kunkun has started to recover from his difficult urinary pain. Services from the doctor and the admin are all friendly and serious, the place is clean. The cost is also relatively cheap. Thank you for caring for kunkun ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin tgl 13 January saya membawa 2 anjing saya. Yg sebelumnya pagi2 sudah tlp dan reservasi dgn dokter nya utk grooming. Setelah saya anterin dan trs ambil hasil nya tdk sesuai yg di bicarakan.
Sangat kecewa dgn Pelayanan nya.
Yesterday on January 13th I brought my 2 dogs. Earlier in the morning, I had called and made a reservation with the doctor for grooming. After I queued up and took it, the results didn't match what was discussed.
Very disappointed with the service.
