★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunggu Mengecewakan sama mbak yg ngelayani tadi, saya sudah sering beli kebutuhan apotek disini hari ini dikecewakan gegeara mbak sales yang melayani tadi.
Kronologi saya berikan gambar kebeliau, beliau bilang ada lalu diambilkan dibawa ke kasir, tanpa kasih kesana dulu untuk saya cek, lalu saya bayar dgn debit (debit saya belum dicabut beliau sdh bilang terimakasih dan kasih nota kesaya, lalu saya bilang "mbak kartunya masih menancap" dia bilang "oh... Iya mas sbntr"). Lalu saya cek brangnya sama tidak dengan gambar trnyata sama tapi trnyata di gambar 10gr saya dikasih yg 5gr. Dan saya balik tanya mbak ini ada yg besar ya? Dia bingung trus tanya ke owner dia bilang stock tinggal yg kecil, WHY??? kalau emang tinggal yg kecil kenapa gak ngomong MBAK!!!
Gak gitu cara melayani mbak!!!

Really disappointed with Ms. who served earlier, I have often bought pharmacy needs here today, I was disappointed by Ms. sales who served earlier.
Chronology I gave him a picture, he said there was then taken it to the cashier, without giving it there first for me to check, then I paid by debit (my debit has not been revoked he said thank you and gave me a note, then I said "Ma'am the card is still stuck " he said "oh ... Yes mas sbntr"). Then I checked the brand wasn't the same as the picture, it turned out to be the same but it turned out that in the 10gr picture I was given a 5gr one. And I asked again, sis, is there a big one? He was confused and then asked the owner he said there was only a small stock left, WHY??? if you really live small, why don't you say MBAK!!!
That's not how you serve sis!!!
