★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya tidak ramah Dan tidak helpfull kepada masyarakat kecil seperti saya,. Polisi boleh tegas tpi harus punya perasaan. Jgn mau krna duit saja baru mau kerja, saya kecewa dgan pelayanann petugasnya.
 The clerk is not friendly and not helpful to a small community like me. The police can be firm but they have to have feelings. Don't want money because I just want to work, I am disappointed with the service of the officers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada tanggal 16 Feb 21 sekitar jam 6-7 malam, saya ingin melapor kehilangan hp kantor tetapi petugas meminta membawa kardus atau surat dengan TANDA TANGAN BASAH dari CEO kantor sebagai syarat pembuatan (Padahal kantor sedang mengimplementasikan WFH). Petugas juga menyampaikan bahwa pembuatan surat laporan akan ke Polres Jakut dan akan dia urus dengan teman (atau mgkn "temannya") di sana.
Seharusnya untuk verifikasi bisa dengan detail hp, nomor telefon, dan nama perusahaan. Padahal saya membutuhkan surat tersebut utk laporan dan proses pembayaran denda ke kantor, serta blokir nomor dan data2 pribadi lainnya.
Proses ini jauh berbeda dengan proses di kantor polisi lain saat saya memproses kehilangan dokumen saya atau membantu teman melapor kehilangan hp.
On February 16, 21 at around 6-7 pm, I wanted to report the loss of my office cellphone but the clerk asked to bring a cardboard or letter with a WET SIGNATURE from the CEO of the office as a requirement for manufacture (even though the office is implementing WFH). The officer also said that the report letter would be made to the North Jakarta Police and he would take care of it with a friend (or perhaps "friend") there.
Supposedly for verification, you can use cellphone details, telephone number, and company name. Even though I need this letter for reporting and processing fines to the office, as well as blocking numbers and other personal data.
This process is much different from the process at other police stations when I process my lost documents or help a friend report a lost cellphone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk,parkir motor ga boleh di halaman Polsek malah di suruh di jalan sebrang Polsek yg Deket warung nasi,di sini saya rasa hanya melayani warga kelapa gading,bukan warga pinggiran gading.banyak Cepu juga di warteg. Masuk Polsek ga boleh pake peci atau kopyah.jaket di buka setuju saya,topi di buka setuju,kopyah atau peci di buka saya ga setuju.saya kecewa.
The service is bad, motorbikes cannot be parked in the Polsek yard, instead they are ordered to be on the opposite side of the Sector Police which is near the rice stall, here I think only serves the residents of Kelapa Gading, not residents of the outskirts of ivory. Many Cepu are also in warteg. When you enter the Police, you can't wear a cap or cap. Opening the jacket agrees, opening the hat agrees, opening the cap or cap, I don't agree. I'm disappointed.

Tau apa yg dilakukan petugas laporannya? Sambil main game seolah ga peduli dengan apa yg kami keluhkan dengan polseknya.
April 6, 2022. Kamj came to ask for a report of loss that had been reported for 2 months but no action was taken.
You know what the reporting officer did? While playing the game, it seemed as if we didn't care about what we complained about to the police station.

Seperti yg reviewer lain bilang, harus parkir luar. Yowes
Ngurus surat hanya 5menit, tempat nya bagus banget sih. Untuk ngurus administrasi biasa harus nya ok sesuai ekspektasi. Tp kalau ada yg lebih ribet, kyk penipuan online, atau pencurian dll, yahh butuh bawa duit banyak atau media. Itu ketentuan yang rahasia umum. Kwkwkw

As another reviewer said, you have to park outside. Yowes
Taking care of letters is only 5 minutes, the place is really nice. To take care of the usual administration, it should be ok as expected. But if something is more complicated, like online fraud, or theft, etc., you need to bring a lot of money or media. That's an open secret. kwkwkw
