1. Lapor Terlebih Dahulu Ke Pos Samping Sblh Kanan Tunjukkan SIM Dan KTP Asli ke Petugas
2. Lalu Ke belakang Dekat foto copy Untuk Periksa Mata Rp 25.000
2. Lalu Sebelahnya yg ada Warung Makanan Untuk Psycho Test Rp 60.000
3. Lalu Ke Loket Depan Untuk Bayar Asuransi Jasa Raharja Rp 10.000
4.Ke Loket Sebelahnya Untuk Bayar SIM A Rp 80.000 / SIM C Rp. 75.000
5. Ke Loket Pendaftaran Ambil formulir lalu isi

7 . Ambil SIM
Buka Jam 08 :00 Pagi
Proses Cepat Cuma 15 - 20 Menit Dari Awal Sampai SIM Jadi

 Info for those of you who want to extend your SIM:
Prepare in advance:
• Copy of SIM 3 / 4 Lmbr
• Photocopy of ID card 3 / 4 sheets
• Fountain pen
• Provide Past Money for Every Payment
1. Report first to the side post on the right, show the original SIM and ID card to the officer
2. Then back near the photocopy for eye check Rp 25.000
2. Then next to it there is a food stall for the Psycho Test Rp. 60,000
3. Then Go to the Front Counter To Pay For Jasa Raharja Insurance Rp 10,000
4. Go to the next counter to pay for SIM A IDR 80,000 / SIM C IDR. 75,000
5. Go to the Registration Counter Take the form and fill it out
6. Photo
7 . Take SIM
Open 08:00 AM
Fast Process Only 15 - 20 Minutes From The Beginning Until the SIM Is Finished
Notes: Don't be late in extending your SIM, Guys, because you are only 1 day late, you have to make a new one!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another place to extend our SIM. Their service is good, location is not so big so between part to another part is near so we can make it by ourselves, no need service bureau or any help for other actually. When I made it, it just took around 20 minutes for all and I just need to pay basic price. They are opened on Saturday, just half day, so good for worker like me. Keep up your good work, police.
