Saya dulu sering kesini, pelayanan ok2 aja. Semenjak covid ini. Gak jelas bgt itu pelayanan. Orang disuruh bolak balik bolak balik gak jelas.
Mau cerita panjang lebar saya. Tapi saya mau portal resmi yg ada atasannya. Yg tau portalnya tolong komentar ya. Saya tunggu.
Keknya will be useless talking here. The superiors won't see it either, then how do you evaluate it?
I used to come here often, service was ok. Since this covid. It's not clear how much service. People are told to go back and forth unclear.
Want my long story But I want an official portal with a boss. Who knows the portal, please comment. I wait.

Pengaturan antrian yg tidak efisien, sarang tolong diberi info saat ini sdh no brp spt bank lain, yg mudah saja pakai spt skor nilai kalau tdk ada mesin. Pas Covid tapi semua orang pengen masuk ruang u antri karena tdk jelas yg sudah di layani no brp. Ada 2 jenis no pilih teller atau CS. Staff sekitar 3 org. Jatah no sampai 23 sekian lalu diulang. Tamu yg berkunjung ngumpul di dalam padahal sudah diinfo tunggu di luar tapi krn pelayanan lama. nunggu dari jam 10 an smp jam 11.30 no teller belum berubah dari 13 ke 15 lalu CS dari 12 ke 15.Waktu istirahat jam 12 sd 13 jadi kl kelewat ambil no lagi. Untung stl istirahat sudah sempat antri lagi.
Fast teller service. The staff help u give info & no. Inefficient queue settings, please give information now that there are no brp like other banks, which are easy to use like scores if there is no machine. Pas Covid but everyone wants to enter the U room in line because it is not clear who has been served by the brp number. There are 2 types of no select teller or CS. Staff of about 3 people. Ration numbers up to 23 then repeated. Guests who visit gather inside even though they have been informed waiting outside but because of the long service. waiting from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. no teller has not changed from 13 to 15 then CS from 12 to 15. The break time is 12 to 13 so if it's too much to take the number again. Fortunately, after resting, I had time to queue again.
