Persyaratan yang harus dibawa untuk pembuatan skck baru:
1. Fotokopi ktp1 lembar
2. Fotokopi kk 1 lembar
3. Fotokopi akte kelahiran 1 lembar
4. Foto 4x6 tampak depan latar merah 6 lembar (4 untuk di polsek, 2 untuk di polres saat rumus sidik jari)
5. Foto 4x6 tampak samping kanan latar merah 1 lembar, tampak samping kiri 1 lembar latar merah (untuk keperluan rumus sidik jari di polres bogor)
6. Map warna bebas, utamakan merah
7. Pulpen (karna pulpen tidak disediakan)
Langkah langkahnya:
1. Datang ke polres Bogor (pemda) untuk pembuatan rumus sidik jari, letaknya di dalam gedung ruang skck belok kiri. Mengisi formulir dan cap 10 jari. Berikan foto depan 2 lembar, kanan kiri masing-masing 1 lembar. (Bayar biaya administrasi 20 ribu). Petugas akan menyiapkan dan menyusun berkas berkas ( foto 4 lembar,fk kk, ktp, akte dan menulis kode rumus sidik jari) untuk di polsek.
2. Datang ke polsek bogor bagian ujung di loket skck, serahkan berkas tersebut, tunggu dipanggil nama dan bayar rp 30 ribu, diserahkan formulir isian skck, isi formulir tersebut lalu kumpulkan kembali.
3. Tunggu dipanggil dan skck telah selesai dibuat
Note:
1. Unit skck di polres bogor buka pukul 8 pagi,
2. Pengurusan skck di polsek buka pukul 8, ada kuota selama masa pandemi. Paling paling tutup jam 9-10
3. Polres Bogor melayani pembuatan skck, tetapi hanya melalui online, dan sering mengalami kendala sistem down atau error saat mengklik proses pada web untuk mendapatkan barcode pembayaran briva

Requirements that must be brought for making a new skck:
1. Photocopy of ID card 1 sheet
2. Photocopy of 1 sheet
3. Photocopy of 1 sheet of birth certificate
4. 4x6 photos of 6 sheets of red background (4 for the police, 2 for the police at the fingerprint formula)
5. 4x6 photo looks to the right of 1 sheet of red background, left side of 1 sheet of red background (for the purposes of the fingerprint formula at the Bogor Police)
6. Map free color, preferably red
7. Pen (because the pen is not provided)
The steps are:
1. Come to the Bogor Police (Pemda) to make a fingerprint formula, it is located in the SKKK room, turn left. Fill out a form and a 10 finger stamp. Give 2 front photos, 1 sheet each left right. (Pay the administration fee of 20 thousand). Officers will prepare and compile files (4 photos, fk kk, ID card, deed and write code formula for fingerprints) for the police.
2. Come to the Bogor police station at the end of the SKKK counter, submit the file, wait for the name to be called and pay Rp 30 thousand, submit the SKKK form, fill in the form then collect it again.
3. Wait for the call and the skck has been completed

Persyaratan baru harus dengan foto samping kiri & kanan, bikin disana bayar 20rb.
Bawa copy dokumen lebih supaya gak bolak balik.
Setelah jadi skck nya disuruh fotocopy 5x trus di legalisir, tambah 5k lagi.
Kuota skck cuma sampe jam 11 siang.
