★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampun...nungguin kk yg ada kesalahan ngetik jdnya lama bget....hampir 5bulan belom jadi....????...nungguin sms gak disms....inisiatif datengin dgn ngotot....akhirnya ketemu alesan petugasnya maaf berkasnya nyelip.itu pun bukan kk yg asli...masih kk fotokopiannya..nyelip??cukup tau aja ooooohhhh....cara kerjanya bgitu toh...
 Geez ... waiting for the one with a typing error so it took a long time ... it hasn't been completed in almost 5 months ... ???? ... waiting for a text message not to send ... the initiative came insistently .... finally found sorry the officer was sorry the file was slipped. that was not the original one ... still the photocopy ... it slipped? ? just know ooooohhhh .... how it works anyway ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat KECEWA dengan pelayanan nya. Mbak mbak yang melayani pembuatan ktp juga ga ramah. Kita kan orang awam gatau cara caranya. Seharusnya diberi tahu dengan baik bukannya malah dijudesin gitu. Gimana si karyawannya!. Semoga bisa lebih baik deh kedepannya pelayanannya
Very DISAPPOINTED with his service. Mbak Mbak who serves the making of ID cards is also not friendly. We are ordinary people, we don't know how. It should be well informed instead of being judged like that. How's the employee! Hopefully the service can be better in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo mau tambah anggota keluarga di KK jangan lupa bawa surat pengantar dari kelurahan,formulir f1.01 (kalo ga salah) dari kelurahan, foto copy KTP suami isteri,KK asli yang lama,surat tengah lahir dari bidan,akta nikah
Mudah2an membantu ,biar ga bulak balik ngurusnya,semoga membantu
If you want to add a family member to your KK, don't forget to bring a cover letter from the kelurahan, form f1.01 (if I'm not mistaken) from the kelurahan, a photocopy of the husband's and wife's ID cards, the original old family card, a midwifery letter from the midwife, a marriage certificate.
It's easy to help, so I don't bother taking care of it, I hope it helps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengurusan perubahan data KTP secara online dan katanya akan dikirimkan via jasa pengiriman barang/dokumen, tapi kenapa tiba-tiba beberapa minggu kemudian ada driver mengantarkan KTP dengan nomor contact dan alamat korespondensi yang sesuai dengan yang saya isi di formulir, tapi anehnya KTP yang dikirimkan entah milik siapa. Berarti memang terbukti jika pengurusan dokumen di kantor Kecamatan Cibinong ini sangat buruk kualitasnya.
Managed the change of ID card data online and it said it would be sent via a goods/document delivery service, but why suddenly a few weeks later a driver delivered an ID card with a contact number and correspondence address that matched what I filled in the form, but strangely the ID card that was sent somehow Whose. This means that it is proven that the document management at the Cibinong District office is of very poor quality.
