★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buat bagian admin klinik tht sardjito, sekedar info saja ya. kalau ada pasien harus tes bera, resepnya langsung diserahkan ke farmasi lt 3 saja. jangan seperti saya, yang oleh petugas admin diarahkan ke elektromedik dulu, lalu ternyata oleh petugas di elektromedik disuruh ambil obat di lt 3. saya jadi harus balik lagi ke gedung irj. sangat buang-buang tenaga dan waktu. untungnya anak saya ada yang jaga, mereka bisa menunggu di dekat elektromedik. kalau hanya berdua dengan anak, kasihan anaknya juga harus bolak-balik.

Don't be like me, the admin officer was directed to electromedical first, then it turned out that the electromedical officer was told to take medicine on the 3rd floor. So I had to go back to the irj building. very waste of energy and time. luckily my son was there to look after, they could wait near the electromedicine. If it's just the two of you with your child, it's a pity that your child also has to go back and forth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk dokter THT nya sangat baik, pelayanan sangat memuaskan, penjelasan jelas, tapi untuk proses pendaftaran sampai pembayaran sangat mengecewakan, awal saya disuruh daftar manual, sudah antri lama, eh malah disuruh daftar online, orangnya agak jutek saat saya tanya pilih dokter yg mana, soalnya pas lagi di periksa pas di tht dokternya diganti lagi karna beda nama, kasir ditoilet lama banget ke toiletnya, 15 menit saya tunggu sebelum ke dokter tht, dan setelah turun kasir ke toilet lagi
untuk orang yg ada keluhan tentang telinga, hidung ato tenggorokan, saya rekomen buat kesini, dokter profesional. nilai 5/5
tapi bagi yang baru pertamakali berobat di sardjito lebih bersabar aja, karena rsnya terbilang ramai dan karna itu mungkin pegawainya kurang responsif, nilai 2/5
untuk fasilitas bagus dan cukup lengkap, karena rs pemerintah, tetapi untuk kamar mandi lantai satu terasa kurang bersih, mungkin karena selain kamar mandi semua terlihat rapi. nilai 4,5/5

but for those who are getting treatment at sardjito for the first time, just be patient, because the hospital is fairly crowded and because of that maybe the staff is not responsive, the score is 2/5
for good facilities and quite complete, because it is a government hospital, but for the first floor bathroom it feels less clean, maybe because apart from the bathroom everything looks neat. 4.5/5
