Klo ngasih informasi tidak jelas
Anak saya mau imunisasi,saya telfon ke klinik dk katanya tgl 15 Januari,,eh ternyata saya kesana tanggal 15 katanya gak ada imunisasi, imunisasinya yg benar tgl 22 Januari
Padahal saya telfon Sampai 2x tgl 13 dan 14 Januari, karyawan nya bilangnya imunisasi tgl 15 Januari ternyata tgl 15 kesana nggak ada imunisasi
Kecewa berat sama karyawan klinik dk tidak profesional semua
Klo memang nggak tau informasi ttg jadwal imunisasi bilang nggak tau
Untuk kesana harus nutup jualan saya,hargai waktu
Waktu bagi saya itu sangat berharga
Klo memang nggak becus kerja keluar aja
Ngasih informasi kok jelas... pelayanan nya sekarang jelek sekali
Saya suka dg pelayanan dk yg dulu
Sekarang karyawan nya baru"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya baik2 ramah, Fo nya murah senyum dan cantik2, budan perawat semua ramah2, Apoteker nya juga klo memberikan obat topppp gercep pokoknya best, tempat juga nyaman adem.
The doctor is kind and friendly, the Fo is smiling and beautiful, the nurses are all friendly, the pharmacist is also giving toppppp medicine, it's the best, the place is also comfortable and cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata Ruang Klinik Dokter Keluarga sekarang menjadi bagus. Ruang tunggu sangat nyaman dan cukup lapang. Suhu ruangan cukup adem, nyaman banget. Karakter ruang sangat bermanfaat mengurangi rasa sakit pasien. Petugas pelayanan juga baik dan ramah.
Semoga para pasien yg berobat di sini segera lekas sembuh. ???
The layout of the Family Doctor Clinic is now good. The reception area is very comfortable and quite roomy. The room temperature is quite cool, very comfortable. Space character is very useful to reduce patient pain. The service clerk is also kind and friendly.
Hopefully the patients who seek treatment here will get well soon. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenaga medis dan farmasinya kurang kompeten. Demam sudah 4 hari tidak direkomendasikan untuk cek darah. Saat bertanya untuk cek darah dr. Nya bilang buang2 uang. Antibiotiknya yg umumnya 2x 1 hari malah d resepkan 3x1. Cek di rs lain trombosit turun, pdhl disini sdh 2x datang karna demam naik turun tapi tidak menyarankan yg pasti. Semoga kedepannya ada perkembangan, mngkin tenaga medisnya bisa diberikan pelatihan lagi agar lebih berkompeten dalam melayani pasien.
The medical and pharmaceutical personnel are incompetent. Fever has been 4 days is not recommended for blood tests. When asked for a blood test, dr. He said it was a waste of money. Antibiotics, which are generally 2x a day, are even prescribed 3x1. Check at another hospital the platelets have gone down, even though I've come here twice because the fever has gone up and down but I don't recommend anything for sure. Hopefully in the future there will be developments, maybe the medical staff can be given more training to be more competent in serving patients.
