Poliklinik eksekutif RSCM. Melayani konsultasi spesialistik, terapi gigi, terapi kulit, vaksinasi, medical check up. Ruang tunggu nyaman. Buat janji terlebih dahulu sebelum datang. Bisa bayar cash atau debit. Biasanya tidak ramai antri, hanya menunggu dokternya datang saja.
RSCM executive polyclinic. Serving specialist consultations, dental therapy, skin therapy, vaccinations, medical check-ups. The lounge is comfortable. Make an appointment before coming. Can pay cash or debit. Usually there are no queues, just waiting for the doctor to come.

Semoga dokter mudanya untuk dihari ini tanggal 15 okt 2021 (dokter penyakit dalam) inisial MR, bisa lebih ramah dalam menanggapi keluhan pasien, karena hari ini mama saya merasa tidak nyaman dan tidak puas dengan pelayanan dokter tersebut yang kurang sabar dan membuat bingung pasien.
Hopefully the young doctor today, October 15, 2021 (internal medicine doctor) initials MR, can be more friendly in responding to patient complaints, because today my mother feels uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the doctor's service who is impatient and confuses patients.

Dapat info, harus buat janji dulu sebelum datang. Akhirnya saya cari info, dan dapat kontaknya. Tapi boro2 mau daftar, baru nanya daftarnya via aplikasi (sebab saya tidak menemukan klinik madya di aplikasi. Hanya ada kencana, kiara, kirana, PJT, Pokdisus, rehab medik, dan URJT ) atau WA saja tidak dijawab. Saya bertanya pada Senin, 22-11-2021. Hingga Jumat 26-11-2021 tidak ada jawaban

Tag pak @Menkes dan Pak @Jokowi Ke rumah sakit Pp dan rshkit saya cukup pake surat rujukan lanjut dr RSUD, kesini tidak ada informasi harus bawa tambahan surat keterangan dokter RSUD, petugasnya ketus, dan arrhghh jangan bpjs naik 150rb tapi yang seperti ini tidak ada pembenahan, tolong pak ini demi kemajuan rumah sakit juga
Tag Mr. @Menkes and Mr. @Jokowi I went to the PP hospital and rshkit, I just used a further referral letter from the RSUD, there is no information here, I have to bring an additional doctor's certificate at the hospital, the staff is curt, and arrhghh, don't go up for bpjs 150 thousand but there is no improvement like this, please sir, this is for the betterment of the house sick too

Administrasi amburadul. Pengalaman MCU kolektif dengan waktu yang sudah ditentukan tapi administrasinya gak siap. Worst experience so far dibanding MCU di rs pemerintah, bahkan rsud di kabupaten!! MCU disini pakai surat pengantar instansi, harusnya si sudah aware ya karena ada daftar nama yg akan MCU disana seberapa banyak. Antrian hingga 100an orang sampai jam 12 belum kelar. Ini bisa diantisipasi untuk admin nya ditambah jadi bbrp orang, alur tes nya kemana aja, bisa dibagi kluster, bbrp cek dara dulu, bbrp mmpi dulu bbrp rontgen dulu atau bagaimana. Cek kesehatan dan konsul dokter di hari berbeda. Surat keterangan keluar 1 minggu bahkan lebih dari tes pertama kali, padahal sudah diberi tahu ada deadline:) Saran sih, sebetulnya bisa "Surat Keterangan Hasil" milik pasien sudah disiapkan (di print) sebelum konsul dokter, jd pas hari konsul dengan dokter, dokter yg bersangkutan tinggal ttd. Done, Kelar, beres! Ini sampai bbrp hari setelah konsul surat masih belum jadi :( Salah satu teman saya sampai harus datang dan menanyakan sevcara intens hasil surat kesehatan dia yang belum jadi jadi :( Ketika surat sudah keluar masih ada bbrp kesalahan typo. Dari kesalahan minor redaksi yang gak nyambung (harusnya kata keterangan tempat malah kata keterangan orang) hingga salah identitas. Saya beri ulasan seperti supaya manajemen aware ya, semoga sistem bisa dibenahi ya. Dengan biaya mcu yang relatif mahal harusnya pelayanan bisa lebih baik. Sesuai dengan slogan "Menolong, memberikan yang terbaik" RSCM harusnya bisa beri pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi. Paling tidak berhati2 pas buat surat keterangan nya biar gaada kesalahan2 ^^
Poor administration. Collective MCU experience with a set time but the administration is not ready. Worst experience so far compared to MCU at government hospitals, even district hospitals!! The MCU here uses a cover letter from the agency, the person should have been aware, because there is a list of how many names there will be for the MCU. The queue of up to 100 people until 12 o'clock was not finished. This can be anticipated for the admin to be added to a number of people, where is the test flow, can be divided into clusters, some checks first, some mmpi first, some X-rays or something. Health checks and doctor consultations on different days. The certificate came out in 1 week even more than the first test, even though I was told there was a deadline :) My suggestion is, actually, the patient's "Results Statement" has been prepared (printed) before the doctor's consultation, so on the day of the consultation with the doctor, the doctor in question remains signed. Done, done, done! It's been a few days after the consul, the letter still hasn't been made :( When the letter came out there were still some typo errors. From minor editorial errors that don't connect (it should be an adverb of a place instead of an adverb of a person) to the wrong identity. I give a review like so that management is aware, I hope the system can be improved. With the relatively expensive MCU cost, the service should be better. In accordance with the slogan "Help, give the best" RSCM should be able to provide even better service. At least be careful when writing the certificate so that there are no mistakes ^^
