★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have doctor in the 2nd floor too. The doctor was really nice, they have a few doctors too so if one not present we can go to the other one if we are willing to switch doctor. But the most popular one is the oldest doctor, and making appointment with him is rather tricky because the long line ?

- been contacted them 2-4 days before my visit, communicated to them what I need. Can’t they prepare beforehand rather than prepare upon I come herewait for me to come I n
- slow (I need to wait 45min, and follow up 2-3times) while no other patients. Can’t they just prepare and get the doctor?
- they knew what I want to request (pass the letter to them), while waiting them to prepare their part, they should contact apotek or refer me to apotek to make the other request, not just sitting there and chit chat
