β β β β β Dulu ini PO andalan tiap minggu pulang kampung, tapi sekarang berangkat dari pool selalu telat, terakhir naik kamis 9 Des yg jam 15.30 posisi bus berangkat kotor lantainya sampah ngga dibersihin, berhenti sembarang tempat, warung kopi lah, kru pada jajan penumpang ikut pesan makanan padahal bukan di pemberhentian resmi.. tolong tingkatkan profesionalisme nya.. saingan semakin banyak dan ketat, penumpang bisa kapok kalau seperti ini dianggap biasa
 This used to be a mainstay PO every week back home, but now departing from the pool is always late, the last ride was Thursday 9 Dec which at 15.30 the position of the departing bus was dirty, the floor was not cleaned, the trash didn't get cleaned up, stopped anywhere, the coffee shop, the crew on the passengers ordered food even though not at an official stop.. please improve the professionalism.. the competition is getting more and more tight, passengers can give up if this is considered normal

β β β β β bus kelas executive nya nyaman bangett, fasilitas semua lengkap tapi sayang kondektur dan sopirnya merokok terus menerus di dalem bus yang dimana kondisi dalem bus itu ber-ac, satu bus jadi bau asap rokok dan jadi gak nyaman banget, nggak lagi deh naik ini sangat tidak menghormati kenyamanan penumpangnya. mungkin untul kedepannya bisa untuk tidak merokok di dalam bus.
the executive class bus is very comfortable, all facilities are complete but unfortunately the conductor and driver smoke continuously on the bus where the condition of the bus is air-conditioned, one bus smells of cigarette smoke and is not very comfortable respect the comfort of its passengers. maybe in the future it will be possible not to smoke on the bus.
