Tapi kenapa pada saat perjalanan . Pedagang asongan bisa masuk ke kabin bus.
Didalam bus tidak ada ruangan khusus smoking. Sehingga ada penumpang / kru yg merokok dalam bus.
Semoga bisa menjadi evaluasi

But why during the trip? Peddlers can enter the bus cabin.
There is no smoking room on the bus. So there are passengers / crew who smoke on the bus.
Hopefully it can be an evaluation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service and management, I have to depart from jkt at 11.30, but staff says 'just wait' I've been waiting for 1 hour still no confirmation when I can depart.
Bus condition are not same as the name "executive" what I've been paid for, it's like normal class or economy with AC.
