Yang mau buat kartu atm BCA sekarang enak, pake mesin. Tinggal pencet2 aja, kalo gak tau nanti diarahin sama CSnya
Setor tunai tinggal pake mesin dan enaknya print buku rekening juga sekarang sendiri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ masih melihat ada salah satu cs yang kurang aware dalam melayani costumer nya,hanya karena tanda tangan tidak sama dengan KTP,di jelaskan pelan pelan jg bisa.
I still see that one of the cs is not aware of serving their customers, just because the signature is not the same as the KTP, it is explained slowly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ditelernya lama,kurang telernya,kadang yg prioritas aja yg diduluin ...harusnya kan berdasarkan antrian aja ,atau dibuat khusus prioritas teler sendiri.
The service takes a long time to be swallowed, not too high, sometimes the priority is first ... it should be based on the queue, or a special priority is made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf ya saya Jarang2 kasih bintang 1, dari security tolong lebih ramah lagi. Misal ada persyaratan utk buka rekening yg harus wajib , dan saya gabawa syarat itu. jangan asal bilang gabisa atau pasti ditolak. Bikin orang hopeless kalo kaya gitu. Dari segi CS ga aware, knowledge kurang. Regulasi di Pusat sudah update, di cabang ini ketinggalan. Lebih update dan ramah lagi ya. Yg diharapkan dari seorang customer adalah solusi dan Service yg baik. Kalau itu sudah hilang, customer tidak akan nyaman.
Sorry, I rarely give 1 star, from security please be more friendly. For example, there is a requirement to open an account that must be mandatory, and I carry that requirement. Don't just say you can't or will be rejected. Make people hopeless if it's like that. In terms of CS not aware, knowledge is lacking. The regulation at the Center has been updated, in this branch it is lagging. More updated and friendly. What is expected from a customer is a good solution and service. If it's gone, the customer will not be comfortable.
