Saya minta pemesanan 4 tabung gas 12 Kg by phone untuk dikirim ke outlet saya, akan tetapi tanggapan dari penerima tlp meminta pembayaran cepat. Maksudnya apa ini. Barang belum dikirim sudah minta pembayaran, dan kata katanya sangat sangat tidak sopan.
No tlp ada sengaja saya simpan. Besok besok terjadi lagi pelayanan seperti ini saya tidak segan segan terus memberikan rewiew paling buruk. Sebelum adanya perubahan mendasar pada Etika Pelayanan. ATTITUDE
