Saya sudah setahun menyewa unit dan mau kasih pengalaman. memang awalnya unit bagus, bersih, furnish keliatan bagus. Tapi sebulan saja setelah ditempati, kecoa berdatangan banyak, unit jadi sarang kecoa untuk berkembang biak, dibasmi pasti akan datang lagi Dan Makin banyak, hewan tomcat juga Ada, kami sekeluarga terkena gigitan tomcat disekujur tubuh. Dari fasilitas, AC yang didapat ternyata gampang rusak harus diservis berkali Kali dengan biaya sendiri, walaupun sering diservis tapi tetap aja tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Keran westafel juga bocor terus, diganti bocor lagi, ganti lagi bocor lagi tidak pernah selesai. Sementara tagihan air terus berjalan.Kerusakan kamar yang memang sebenarnya udah bobrok menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa. Uang deposit di awal pasti akan habis digunakan buat perbaikan diakhir sewa. Jadi uang deposit Hanya modus untuk merampas uang si penyewa. Jadi Saya sarankan kalian yang akan menyewa untuk berpikir seribu Kali, jangan sampai kerugian yg Saya alami akan dialami juga oleh kalian. Salam.

Damage to the room which is actually already dilapidated is the responsibility of the tenant. Deposit money in the beginning will definitely be used up for repairs at the end of the lease. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadinya sih liat ada yang review komen mengenai kejelekan vadis di google, ngeri2 sedap juga ya dan sempat ragu untuk mau sewa disini.
jadi, aku tuh mau sewa untuk karyawanku tidur (untuk mess) gtu..
tapi begitu ketemu sama ci Yulia dari Vadis orangnya helpful dan menurutku fair kok.
kalo misal kita sewa property memang harusnya property tersebut ya di rawat.
kecoa akan muncul kalo ybs itu jorok... sorry to say ya..
cuma kalo menurutku review orang sakit hati karena dia harus pertanggungjawabkan unit yang dia rusak, itu lazim kok.
aku ada sewa bbrp property dari vadis untuk anak2 buahku dan semua oke..
ini bukan karena aku pro ke vadis ya.. cuma kalo untuk orang yang bener, pasti akan bisa berpikir sih..

I have rent some property from Vadis for my boys and everything is ok ..
