★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out for overcharges. This hospital takes advantage of sick people and charges them for every little thing! My mother had dengue fever. From waterbottles to physician visits that never took place, a total of at least 700,000rps were taken off the total they claimed we owed. No shame. Treated by Dr.Sayuri - the no show doctor who still charged us for her visit. Her claim: she told the nurse what to do so that counted as a visit. Unproffessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service is not good, the nurse can’t say good word to my mom and ask if she’s better upgrade to VVIP if she doesnt want noise in the room. Of course its noise bcause nurses let guest stay in the patient room for all day long and talk loudly without any tolerance to other patient like my mother. You think where is your salary come from? US. the patient. VVip class is not a problem as long as I dont see HER terrible Face in the room. Some others are really pationate- nice, some of them are evil behavior. They also let my mom do fasting without any food eaten before 5am, the reason is Their nutricionist isnt ready to serve the food. When nutricionist came, its too late cause signboard of fasting next to Mom’s bed (6am). Thats insane how come nurse and nutricionist has such clueless work and not communicate which cause my mother need to suffer from not eating for 10-12 hours waiting for surgery since night before.
The doctors are senior and good, but like to dictate us (patients and family) as their students. Sorry, we are here to get your suggestion so we can calm a bit down and feel safe. Not for your way of teaching, doc.
For the hospital’s management, they let doctor be late (like taking ‘Forever’ Late) and postpone patient’s surgery for few 6-8hours or maybe next day (and they not give a sh*t whos gonna pay for what it takes because of the postpone). when you compain to PR, you will find out that their PR is worst and useless.
This hospital dont have planning for parking lot too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, not the best looking Hospital :( lights are a bit dimmed, ally is really small. Staff are not as friendly as in Other hospital, its a pretty old style kinda Hospital.
No Problem with doctors they are awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good, luckily when I was in this hospital due to dengue fever the nurses are all friendly and helpful, but that was long time ago. Hope this happen to all patients. However, the parking space is very limited especially when crowded.
