★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lama. Pasien diminta menunggu terus²an di luar ruangan yang membuat sakitnya semakin parah. Bahkan hanya untuk mendapat surat keterangan sakit saja harus menunggu selama 2 jam. Mohon diperhatikan kembali kualitas pelayanannya??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siang ini ke Dokter THT disini, pelayanannya memuaskan sekali padahal pasien BPJS. Dimulai dari loket pendaftaran dibawah, trus ke bagian nurse station ramah semua. Abis itu periksa tensi dan tinggi badan. Setelah itu masuk ke ruangan dokter. Diperiksa telinga oleh dokter hingga tindakan telinga saya dibersihkan semuanya memuaskan. Sempat ditanya kondisi setelah tindakan, jika msh berdenging dibersihkan lagi. Setelah itu saya ucapkan terima kasih sangat ramah sekali dokternya. Recommend bgt ke dokter THT sini
This afternoon I went to an ENT doctor here, the service was very satisfying even though it was a BPJS patient. Starting from the registration counter below, then all the friendly staff at the nurse station. After that check your blood pressure and height. After that, go to the doctor's office. Checked the ear by the doctor until my ear was cleaned all satisfactory. Had been asked the condition after the action, if it still ringing cleaned again. After that I thank you very much the doctor is very friendly. Highly recommend to an ENT doctor here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langganan disini dari dokter anak, dokter gigi, sampe dokter emaknya ...
Tapi semenjak covid19 kecewa banget si ke igd brp x harus disuruh swab dulu katanya dokter gamau periksa kalo gak swab, tanpa lihat kondisi pasien seperti apa keluhannya apa TETEP HARUS SWAB .
Akhirnya berpindah kelain hati ke RSUD TAMANSARI pelayanannya lebih mendahulukan keselamatan pasien ketimbang SWAB, emank WAJIB SWAB semenjak covid tp diliat dulu lah kondisi pasiennya .
Pas periksa di RSUD TAMANSARI ternyata ada yg mengeluhkan hal yg sama jg sama tindakan dokter disini .
Semoga lebih baik lg nextnya dalam menangani pasien .

When I checked at the TAMANSARI Hospital, it turned out that someone was complaining about the same thing as the doctor's actions here.
Hopefully the next one will be better in dealing with patients.
