★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nomor telfon di cantumin tapi ga di angkat, pln mobile ga ada penanganan smpai 1 hari lebih, datang ke kantor jawaban nya di suruh menunggu karena sedang ada giliran, pdhal lapor terkait pohon tumbang dan akhirnya balik ke lokasi tidak ada petugas pln di lokasi yg terkendala. kita mau lapor kemana?
percuma ada no tlfon dan apk yg harusnya mempermudah tapi sama aja ttep slow respon ga guna.
the phone number is listed but not picked up, pln mobile has no handling for more than 1 day, coming to the office the answer is told to wait because there is a turn, even though they reported about a fallen tree and finally returned to the location there was no pln officer at the location that was constrained . where are we going to report?
it's useless there is a phone number and an apk that should make it easier but it's the same but slow response is useless.
