★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau nanya dong apa PLN gak punya no WA utk pengaduan pelanggan...??? Udah tahun 2021 ada aplikasi WA harus nya PLN punya dong tiap daerah utk pengaduan pelanggan 24 jam. Dan harus disosialisasikan kepada warga Purwokerto.
Want to ask, does PLN not have a WA number for customer complaints...??? Already in 2021, there is a WA application, PLN should have each region for 24-hour customer complaints. And must be socialized to the residents of Purwokerto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke sini karena urus LSO. Pelayannya ramah, cantik lagi. Hihi.. ruang tunggu juga adem ber AC serta ada TVnya. Parkiran tersedia utk motor dan mobil dan parkira beratap, jd adem dan aman jg karena ada satpam. Sukses terus PLN!
Come here because you take care of LSO. The waitress is friendly, beautiful again. Hihi .. the waiting room is also air-conditioned and has a TV. Parking is available for motorbikes and cars and parking is roofed, so cool and safe too because there are security guards. PLN's continued success!

Pelayanan Ramah, tempat parkir luas dengan pengamanan satpam yg prima. Bila dalam pelayanan dilakukan dirumah bisa dengan mendownload aplikasi PLN Mobile. Dengan memilih menu pengaduan. Selanjutnya Petugas akan menghubungi saudara.
