Terjadi kebakaran kabel diarea Pagedangan, tapi Kontak 123 sulit dihubungi, nomor telepon yang disediakan di laman PLN juga sulit dihubungi, tidak ada update apa apa sampe kabel terbakar dan putus

Tolong dong kalau mati lampu diperhatikan sudah berapa jam mati lampunya , kasian kalau listrik padam aktifitas terganggu seperti belajar anak , gimana mau belajar klo mati lampunya dari jam 4 sampai jam /10 malam belum nyala , lantas kerjaan kalian tuh ngapain ya ? Emangnya ada apa sampai hampir 6 jam mati lampunya ? Sering bangat di Cipondoh mati lampu sampai Berjam jam .

Diarahkan kesini dari PLN Cikokol untuk masalah pelayanan. Request saya, saya ingin upgrade daya setelah ganti dari pascabayar ke sistem token dan di fix data saya di aplikasi PLN Mobile. Akhirnya nyetir dari Cikokol ke sini. Datang disambut oleh satpam, tetapi ada yang aneh disini, satpam ini melayani sekaligus 4 orang pelanggan padahal ia hanya sendiri, saya tidak melihat adanya petugas PLN yang berjaga ditempat. Saya jadi khawatir. Skip, saya disambut oleh Bapak Satpam kemudian saya utarakan keluhan saya yaitu : Saya tidak bisa naikkan daya via aplikasi PLN Mobile setelah ganti ke sistem token dan status pelanggan saya masih pascabayar, dan notifikasi dari aplikasi tersebut saya diarahkan untuk datang ke PLN terdekat. Terkejut saya. Saya malah diberitahu seharusnya saya ganti ke token sekaligus naik daya berbarengan waktunya. Well, saya adalah customer, mana tahu saya SOP internal PLN seperti itu. Dan saya ini seorang customer yang jauh jauh dari Kabupaten Tangerang ke Area kantor PLN Kota Tangerang karena ingin selesai masalah upgrade daya ini dan meluruskan data pelanggan saya karena secara data di aplikasi PLN mobile, sy tercantum di Kota Tangerang padahal domisili saya di Kab.Tangerang. HARAPAN saya setelah menjelaskan seperti diatas, masalah saya selesai. Tetapi ternyata kekhawatiran saya benar, karena tidak ada satu pegawai PLN pun disana, saya diminta menunggu hingga jam 1 siang. Gak masalah sih kalau customer kalian tidak ada agenda jam 1 siang. Saya sudah ditempat jam 11 siang! Padahal jelas jelas itu dipintu ada tulisan jam pelayanan 8.00 - 15.00. Kalau memang PLN Area Tangerang ini customer oriented perbaikilah layanan offline kalian sembari menunggu aplikasi kalian rampung 100%. BUMN tapi kok tidak professional dan seperempat Digital. Dimana AKHLAK nya?
Directed here from PLN Cikokol for service problems. My request, I want to upgrade the power after changing from postpaid to a token system and fix my data in the PLN Mobile application. Finally drove from Cikokol here. Came to be greeted by a security guard, but there was something strange here, this security guard served 4 customers at once even though he was alone, I didn't see any PLN officers on duty. I got worried. Skip, I was greeted by Mr. Security then I expressed my complaint, namely: I can't increase the power via the PLN Mobile application after changing to the token system and my customer status is still postpaid, and notifications from the application I was directed to come to the nearest PLN. Surprised me. I was instead told I should have switched to a token and power up at the same time. Well, I'm a customer, how do I know that PLN's internal SOP is like that. And I am a customer who is far away from Tangerang Regency to the Tangerang City PLN office area because I want to solve this power upgrade problem and straighten my customer data because the data in the PLN mobile application, I am listed in Tangerang City even though my domicile is in Tangerang Regency. I hope after explaining as above, my problem is solved. But it turned out that my concern was right, because there was not a single PLN employee there, I was asked to wait until 1 pm. It doesn't matter if your customer doesn't have an agenda at 1 pm. I was there at 11 o'clock in the afternoon! Even though it was clear that on the door there was an inscription of service hours 8.00 - 15.00. If indeed the Tangerang Area PLN is customer oriented, please improve your offline services while waiting for your application to be 100% complete. BUMN but how come it is not professional and a quarter digital. Where's AKHLAK?
