★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kualitas bagus, tapi pelayanan buruk sekali. Komunikasi sangat lambat dan lama. Saya pesan sudah 2x… kali pertama saya tanya ini didrop penerima atas nama siapa (karena saya cari barangnya), katanya ‘kami cek ya’ tapi tidak pernah diinfo kembali ke saya. Akhirnya saya cari sendiri.
Kali kedua minta dikirim ke alamat berbeda, malah dikirim ke alamat yang lama. Perbaiki kualitas cust service-nya ya, okelah kalau lambat respon… tapi kalau salah kirim gini kan parah.
Sayang, karena kualitas produk bagus.
