rakit pc Ryzen tanggal 25 okt 2020 di supermall karawaci, pc mati jika menggunakan applikasi yang berat untuk CPU/stress test occt. Tgl 27 dibawa ke toko utk di troubleshoot (coba ganti semua komponen kecuali prosesor) habis 6 jam utk troubleshoot tanpa membuahkan hasil dan disuruh oleh teknisi untuk dibawa sendiri ke distributor procie/mobo di mangga dua. Alhasil jauh-jauh bawa sendiri (rugi waktu, tenaga dan bensin) ternyata maslahnya ada di procie yang defect dan tidak diganti waktu troubleshoot. Pihak distributor bingung dan menanyakan kenapa yang membawa user bukan pihak toko padahal belum ada seminggu dari tanggal pembelian/garansi toko, karena hubungan customer seharusnya hanya dengan toko, jika ada barang defect toko yang membawa utk tukar dengan distributor, dan user hanya menerima barang jadi yang sesuai. Tidak rekomen. Aftersales buruk.

Belanja di sini barang yang sudah di beli bukan tanggung jawab toko alias lepas tangan walaupun baru 1 jam, 30 menit atau bahkan baru meninggalkan toko.. walaupun ada garansi perbaikan dari brand tetapi siapa sih yang rela barang yang baru di beli langsung di bongkar buat di servis lebih baik cari toko yang mau tanggung jawab untuk replacement barang yang sudah di beli alias garansi personal walaupun hanya 1x24 jam. Ga rekomeded kalo buat jadi langganan.. Runut kejadian: Pembelian monitor PC Samsung S24R350FH baru pemakaian 1 jam sampai 2 jam Untuk test panel layar LCD ada ketemu cacat bleading yang sangat menggangu di keempat sisi, untuk bleading normal saya masih bisa tolerir misalkan hanya pada satu sisi dan tidak begitu terang tetapi ini semua sisi. Saya berinisiatif untuk telfon pihak toko dengan menelfon nomor telfon yang tertera pada nota pembelian tetapi tidak ada yang tersambung dengan pemilik toko. Akhirnya saya datangi langsung pada keesokan harinya untuk meminta pertanggungjawaban atas barang yang belum sempat saya nikmati, tetapi yang terjadi pihak toko tidak mau untuk tanggung jawab untuk tukar unit yang ada di arahkan ke promotor dari monitor Samsung tersebut.. saya debat kurang lebih 1 jam sama pihak toko dan promotor Samsung (katanya) via telfon. Alhasil saya harus bawa monitor PC Samsung S24R350FH ke Samsung servis center pada keesokan harinya lagi dan ya harus di bongkar dan di pasang atau di ganti dengan panel lcd baru. Gile barang belum 1x24 jam harus di bongkar karena toko dan promotor lepas tangan.. ga lagi lagi deh beli di situ dan ga recommended buat jadiin langganan.
