Whats with Lenovo IP130 14ast Pagi Infonet, Saya baru beli lenovo IP130 14ast hari minggu 18 agustus 2019. Atas informasi dari karyawan Toko Infonet yang berlokasi di Tangerang City Mall, laptop tersebut harus di charger paling tidak 4 jam, sebelum penggunaan pertama kali. Saya sudah melakukan seperti yang diberitahukan, bahkan saya pakai alarm untuk memastikan proses charging tepat 4 jam. Kemudian laptop saya nyalakan, dan sudah full charge 100%. Kemudian saya transfer data dari flashdisk sekitar 2 GB, berisi beberapa episode drama, dan music video. Saya cek baterai, sudah turun sampai 88% proses transfer yang hanya dalam hitungan menit ini sudah menghabiskan sekian persen baterai. Saya pikir mungkin karena baru pertama. Selebihnya malam itu saya tidak melakukan aktivitas apapun dengan laptop tersebut. Maka laptop saya matikan. Besoknya, senin 19 agustus 2019,laptop kembali saya nyalakan, dan persentase baterai menunjukkan angka 72%. Saya kembali melakukan transfer data dari flashdisk sekitar 3 GB, berisi video dan file berbentuk word dan pdf. Lagi-lagi proses transfer yang cuma beberapa menit ini, cepat sekali menghabiskan baterai. Kemudian, setelah proses transfer selesai, saya buka drama 1 episode berdurasi 30 menit menggunakan MPC, dengan brightness rendah (rendah kedua, karena brightness rendah pertama hanya menghasilkan layar menjadi gelap keseluruhan,dalam artian sama sekali todak terlihat apa apa-saya juga mau komplain soal ini), dan sudah setting ke mode baterai saver. 1 episode drama itu tamat. Saya lanjut ke episode berikutnya, dengan durasi yang sama yaitu 30 menit, belum sampai video terputar setengahnya, peringatan baterai habis sudah muncul di layar (peringatan untuk charge baterai di setting apabila baterai mencapai 20%- sudah di set sejak laptop dibawa dari Toko Infonet). Bagaimana bisa laptop hanya bertahan tidak sampai 2 jam, dari baterai dalam kondisi terisi 72%? Sementara yang saya lakukan bukan kegiatan berat, tapi komputasi dasar, dan itu hanya menggunakan 1 aplikasi yaitu MPC (media player clasic). Kemudian, untuk masalah brightness, bagaimana bisa brightness paling rendah malah menghasilkan layar gelap gulita? 3 laptop saya sebelumnya, apabila di set ke brightness paling rendah, layar akan jadi tampak redup, bukan jadi seperti padam dan tidak kelihatan apa apa. Mohon dijelaskan tentang masalah laptop Lenovo IP130 14ast berikut terkait hal yang saya informasikan di atas. Saya ingin klaim tukar barang atau kembalikan uang saya. Dan 1 lagi, karyawan toko menawarkan saya laptop dengan harga 3,6 juta, lalu embel2 dapat gratis loudspeaker atau mouse tanpa kabel, dan juga pelindung keyboard, tapi di kwitansi mouse dan pelindung keyboard itu malah ikut ditotalkan harganya. Ada apa dengan kata gratis ? Apa kasir yang salah atau bagaimana? Bukan cuma itu, karyawan bahkan tidak menawarkan air minum (kemasan gelas ) kepada kami ketikaketika proses menunggu setting laptop selesai, yang mana memakan waktu hampir 1 jam. Saya lihat ada 3 buah air mineral gelas di atas meja, tapi ada customer lain disitu, saya pikir tak sopan kalau saya ambil yang di depannya. Lalu, air saya minta sendiri "Bg, bisa saya minta air minum nya? " kepada 1 orang karyawan pria berbaju kaos merah tangan pendek berkerah. Si abang yang dipanggil malah nyelonong kbali ke etalase muka toko sambil bilang "sudah habis kak, belum diantar". Bukannya berbicara sambil lihat customernya, malah seperti orang yang tidak perduli sama sekali. Saya bisa toleransi air minum tidak diberikan karena habis, tapi tidak bisa menoleransi sikap karyawan tokonya. Tapi poin yang ingin saya ajukan adalah, tukar barang dengan barang baru yang lain, baik tukar tambah atau tukar ke yang lebih murah. Kalau lebih mahal saya kasih sisa uangnya, kalau lebih murah kembalikan saya sisanya.

How can a laptop only last less than 2 hours, from a 72% charged battery? While what I do is not a heavy activity, but basic computing, and it only uses 1 application, namely MPC (classic media player). Then, for the brightness problem, how can the lowest brightness actually produce a pitch black screen? 3 of my previous laptops, when set to the lowest brightness, the screen will look dim, not be extinguished and it doesn't look anything. Please explain the following Lenovo IP130 14ast laptop problems related to the information I informed above. I want to claim the exchange of goods or return my money. Sharing pengalaman kedatangan saya pada 26 Agustus 2020 : Saya baru melakukan pembelian laptop Acer dan ingin menambah SSD dan RAM. Sesuai komunikasi saya dengan Acer pusat (via chat online web resmi dan whatsapp CS Acer Pusat), bahwa dapat dilakukan request saya ini di cabang Infonet Tangerang City dengan biaya Rp165.000,-. Pada saat saya datang kesana, staff infonet mengatakan biaya tsb belum termasuk migrasi OS, jika mau sekalian di migrasi biaya nya adalah Rp250.000. Namun saya kurang percaya maka saya chat lagi Acer pusat dan diinfokan bahwa Rp165.000 sudah termasuk migrasi OS. Akhirnya pihat infonet mau tidak mau melayani saya dengan harga Rp165.000. Namun entah karena mereka kesal terhadap saya atau memang kurangnya kemampuan migrasi OS. Setelah saya menunggu lama, mereka mengatakan proses migrasi OS gagal dikarenakan SSD yang baru saya beli rusak dan disuruh klaim garansi. Sungguh tidak masuk di akal pikiran saya, karena jika SSD tersebut dijadikan drive2 bukan boot OS maka SSD berjalan normal. Namun pada saat boot ke SSD menjadi bluescreen. Dikarenakan saya ada background IT, maka saya sharing paham saya ke staff infonet bahwa sepertinya proses migrasi OS ada kesalahan prosesnya. Namun ia tetap beranggapan SSD saya rusak. Dengan tidak sopannya, teknisi yang bernama Ahmad meninggalkan saya ke belakang tanpa pamit dan kemudian saya dilanjutkan pelayanannya oleh staff lainnya. Sebagai seorang staff, sikap pak Ahmad kepada saya as customer sungguh tidak baik. Saya pun menunjukan bukti bahwa proses migrasi OS tidak sesuai karena pasti ada kesalahan proses pengerjaan. Buktinya adalah source disk dan destination disk berbeda jauh size nya (beberapa GB), terutama folder C:Windows yang jauh sekali jumlah sizenya. Wajar saja jika bluescreen. Maka itu saya tetap minta dipasangkan SSD baru saya tsb dan akan saya coba migrasi OS sendiri di rumah. Dan lagi-lagi setelah saya migrasi OS sendiri, laptop saya berjalan normal tanpa ada bluescreen dan size di source disk dan destination disk sama. Saya kesini bukan karena tidak bisa pasang SSD dan RAM, tapi supaya penambahan SSD dan RAM tidak merusak garansi laptop baru saya jika ditambahkan oleh pihak warranty Acer. Semoga kedepannya para staff Infonet Tangerang City lebih terbuka jika ada customer seperti saya yang mengajak diskusi. Jangan langsung sok pintar tanpa mau berdiskusi. Terima kasih.
Sharing my arrival experience on August 26, 2020: I just bought an Acer laptop and want to add SSD and RAM. When I came there, the infonet staff said that the cost did not include OS migration, if you want to migrate the cost is IDR 250,000. But I didn't believe it so I chatted again with central Acer and was informed that Rp.165,000 was included in the OS migration. Finally, I saw that Infonet couldn't help but serve me at a price of Rp. 165,000. But either because they are annoyed with me or just a lack of OS migration capabilities. After I waited a long time, they said the OS migration process failed because the SSD I just bought was damaged and told to claim the warranty. It really doesn't make sense in my mind, because if the SSD is used as drive2 instead of the OS boot, the SSD will run normally. However, when booting the SSD it becomes a bluescreen. Because I have an IT background, I shared my understanding with the Infonet staff that it seems that the OS migration process had a process error. But he still thinks my SSD is damaged. Disrespectfully, a technician named Ahmad left me behind without saying goodbye and then I continued his service by other staff. As a staff member, Mr. Ahmad's attitude towards me as a customer is really not good. I also show evidence that the OS migration process is not suitable because there must be a processing error. The proof is that the source disks and the destination disks differ greatly in size (several GB), especially the C: Windows folder which has a very large number of sizes. Naturally, if the bluescreen. So I still ask to install my new SSD and I will try to migrate the OS myself at home. And again after I migrated the OS myself, my laptop was running normally without a blue screen and the size on the source disk and the destination disk was the same. I did not come here because I could not install SSD and RAM, but so that adding SSD and RAM would not damage my new laptop warranty if it was added by Acer warranty.
