★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Minggu lalu aq ganti LCD Laptoop Acer, LCD sdh ok tp kok keyboard jadi error' jika ngetik bisa mengulang panjang dgn huruf yg sama. Knp ini?
 2 Last week I changed my Acer Laptoop LCD, the LCD is ok but the keyboard has an error if typing can repeat the same length. Why this?

Tadi beli cardreader, dan dibolehin ngetes dulu.
Saya juga dari tadi denger orangnya juga pinter menjawab apa yang pelanggan tanya, misal fungsi alat ini untuk apa, atau perbandingan barang A sama barang B.
Lalu tadi ada pelanggan yang nelepon, mungkin nanyain sesuatu lewat telepon. Mungkin saran saya tambah nomor WA khusus untuk toko, kebanyakan orang lebih suka chit-chat untuk bertanya-tanya.
Untuk tempat pelayanannya lumayan kecil, mungkin cuma bisa 7-8 orang di dalam, lumayan bersih. Ada kursi kayu panjang buat duduk 3-4 orang.
Dari aksesoris yg dipajang juga terlihat lengkap, di dalam tokonya lagi mungkin ada gudang buat nyimpen perlengkapan lainnya.

I have also heard that people are smart at answering what customers ask, for example what functions of this tool, or comparison of item A with item B.
Then a customer called earlier, maybe asking something over the phone. Maybe my advice is to add a special WA number for stores, most people prefer chit-chat to ask around.
As for the service area, it's quite small, maybe only 7-8 people inside, pretty clean. There are long wooden chairs for sitting 3-4 people.
From the accessories that are on display also look complete, in the store again there may be a warehouse for storing other equipment.

Tapi pegawai toko yang melayani seorang wanita pakai jilbab kurang ramah dan senyum dalam melayani...pelanggang tidak cuma butuh barang tapi juga keramahan pegawai dan pemilik toko!
My friends and I were shopping here to buy a memory card, original good stuff, I've also stopped buying at this store. But shop clerks who serve a woman wearing a headscarf are not friendly and smiling in serving ... customers don't only need goods but also the friendliness of shop employees and shop owners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ laptop lemot banget + install ulang windows, cepet banget pelayanannya sehari jadi, mba sama mas nya juga ramah-ramah, harganya juga murah bangetttt padahal baru pertama kali kesini dibanding depannya untung gajadi ?? very recommended ! ??
the laptop is really slow + reinstalling windows, the service is really fast one day, mba and the mas are also friendly, the price is really cheap even though it's the first time here compared to the front, luckily it's not very recommended! ??
