Saya kesitu mau rapid antigen, mau daftar di pendaftaran udah bilang sm karyawannya malah dicuekin cuma diliatin aja, karyawannya sibuk ngerjain bpjs. Mungkin memang lgi sibuk dikejar deadline, tp setidaknya bilang "iya mbak" atau "sebentar ya mbak ditunggu dulu" kalo udah ada tanggapan dari karyawannya saya jg sabar kok nunggu, setidaknya kan ada kepastian diterima atau tidaknya sy kesitu. Termakasih
Sorry to give advice for the service. I was there, I wanted a rapid antigen, wanted to register at the registration, I told the employees that they were ignored and just watched, the employees were busy working on BPJS. Maybe I'm busy chasing deadlines, but at least I say "yes ma'am" or "wait for a moment, ma'am." If there is a response from the employees, I'm also patiently waiting, at least there is certainty that I will be accepted or not. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan pelayanannya, udah WA+email complaint 5 hari nggak ada balesan. Nakesnya nggak ramah, advis dokter nggak opname malah disuruh opname+swab antigen. Bener” nggak kompeten sekelas RS PKU.
Saya paham pasiennya banyak, cmn kok bisa”nya kontrol 2x selalu dilompati dan ada nomer yg dobel.
Bener” nggak amanah.
Very disappointing service, WA + email complaint 5 days no reply. The health workers are not friendly, the doctor's advice is not hospitalized, instead they are asked to be hospitalized + swab antigen. Really "incompetent in the class of PKU Hospital.
I understand that there are a lot of patients, how can you do that, the 2x control is always skipped and there is a double number.
Really, not trustworthy.
