 The place is clean and cool.. the doctor is friendly and kind.. the RSUP is getting better. From the past, I often checked my breath at the RSUP, it used to be called the Pulmonary Hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya, rumah sakitnya secara umum bagus, dari segi tempat parkir memang kurang luas dan kurang tertata rapi. Satpamnya menurut saya juga ramah dan membantu, apalagi untuk pasien baru. Ke sini cuma di klinik THT, dokternya ramah dan enak di ajak ngobrol, biayanya pun terjangkau untuk membersihkan telinga sekitar 145 rb, mungkin yang bisa dijadikan koreksi ke depannya. 1. untuk tiap ruangan tunggu di berikan AC yang sesuai tempat agar tidak panas, terutama di pendaftaran di kasih. 2. Untuk pelayanan di pendaftaran mohon diperbaiki, karena kurang ramah dan lama, saya menunggu di ruang tunggu 1 jam dikarenakan pihak pendaftaran belum mengirimkan data / berkasnya, akhirnya pasien nomor urut setelah saya mendahului saya, padahal sama sama pasien baru.

The security guard in my opinion is also friendly and helpful, especially for new patients. Come here only at the ENT clinic, the doctor is friendly and easy to talk to, the cost is affordable to clean the ears, around 145 thousand, maybe that can be used as a correction in the future. 1. For each waiting room, AC is provided in the appropriate place so it doesn't get hot, especially at registration. 2. For service at registration, please improve, because it is not friendly and takes a long time, I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour because the registration party had not sent the data / file, finally the patient serial number after I preceded me, even though it was the same as a new patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antigen di sini prosesnya cukup lama. Mulai dari pelayanan awal agak menunggu di bagian loket belum ada petugas. Lalu untuk pelayanan kasir cepat sih, dan terakhir MCU, saya gatau kenapa bisa selama ini padahal untuk prepare antigen sendiri gak menunggu lama cuman ini lama bangeettt. Lagipula saya pasien antigen pertama dan gak ada antrian tp kok bisa selama ini ya? Overall secara tempat lumayan bersih, rapi, dan tertata. Untuk hasil lumayan cepat, nunggu 20 menit. Mantab

Then for the fast cashier service, and finally the MCU, I don't know why it took all this time even though to prepare the antigen itself, it didn't take long, it just took a very long time. After all, I'm the first antigen patient and there's no queue, but how come it's been this long, right? Overall the place is pretty clean, neat, and organized. For fairly fast results, wait 20 minutes. great
