★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried Pierre on a monday night. Loved the subdued relaxing vibes. Not too modern, yet chilled and welcoming. Service was very good, and prices were high, but portions were big, so ok value.
Quality of food was good: frog legs in garlic butter sauce was excellent (we re-ordered it, it was that good); escargot was ok; beet root salad was average; beef cheek was very good (melt in your mouth and flavorful); both duck confit and entrecout were good.
Dessert portions were ridiculously big. They could have been cut down in half and we would be satisfied. Baba au rhum needed more rhum, burnt cheesecake needed a bit more ommph.
Overall, we had a nice dinner. We will come back for the frog legs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pierre is a French restaurant as the part of Union Group. Before coming here, we have to make a reservation first. They only give us 90 minutes duration for dining in. Just like most of the restaurants in Senopati area, they only provide valet parking with the price IDR 35,000 / car.
During the pandemic, they require us to do the check in and check out by scanning the barcode through PeduliLindungi apps, wear face mask, do temperature checking as well. The menu could be accessed by scanning the barcode through our mobile phone.
Pierre has both of the indoor and outdoor area. The indoor area is more spacious, similar with a classic European house. They provide Charcuterie, variant of Entrée, side dishes, Plat Principal, dessert, both of the alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
Here are what we tried :
Escargot (IDR 95,000)
As part of the opening dish, escargot is the famous French dish. This was my first time having escargot. Garlic butter breads served with the warm baked burgundy snail, tomato fondue in the green colored sauce.
Filet De Saumon (IDR 185,000)
The thick and tender pan roasted salmon served with beurre blanc (classic French butter sauce) in garlicky sauce, and asparagus.
Pommes Frites (IDR 75,000)
The other words for French Fries. The thick deep fried and salty potato sticks is good as the sides.
Soufflé "Noix De Coco" (IDR 145,000)
This dessert is full of coconut and served warm. Coconut soufflé filled with the creamy texture of coconut praline. It tastes less sweet as well. A nice warm dessert that is similar with bread and butter pudding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pierre is a french restaurant part of the union group that is located in Senopati.
It has a vintage styled themed decoration with extensive menu of french cuisine. We ordered the Charcuterie Platter, Escargot, L'entrecote au Poivre (Steak Pepper Crust), and Carre D'agneau (Lamb Chop).
My favorite is the steak pepper crust, the meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. Ot melts in the mouth and the gravy neutralized the salty taste of the crust.
Out of my expectation, the Charcuterie platter has a really really big portion, so that we were halfway full after the appetizer, and we still has a 500g steak and lamb chops on our way
The lamb chop is a bit dry and I can still feel a hint of the lamb smell, I don't quite fancy the lamb.
Staffs are nice and helpful, and pricewise as you expected is very expensive. We spent around 2,500k for 2 pax for reference, but we may have over ordered a meal. I dont think my tongue is really a fan of the saltiness of the french food, but overall a good restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great French restaurant in the middle of Senopati. Food is very good and may be one of the best French cuisine in the city. I had the duck confit the and the iberico pork steak. Both tasted very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The steak au poivre (peppercorn steak) is probably Union Group's best steak yet (better than Bistecca).
The duck confit is also great.
It remains to be seen if Pierre is consistent enough to match Le Quartier's longstanding reputation in the same price range, but they're on the way there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant place, cozy, not too modern - just a classic French restaurant. Service? Good. Dish? Great. I think this restaurant is really "French", unfamiliar dish name on the menu but thankfully there's a description of the dish. Well, taste really authentic French. I love this spot overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend. The place was classic and cute. We tried the bisque de hommard, tartare de beouf, veal blanquette, and duck confit. Personally i loveeed the bisque de hommard, i could really taste the lobster and it was very savory. Though it was rather pricey but it was worth the food and the ambience. Overall I had a pleasant experience dining here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After delicious pre-dinner drinks upstairs at The Cocktail Club, our party of 6 enjoyed a fantastic meal at Pierre's. Even our vegetarian friend was well accommodated with meats served separately from some of the dishes.
I had frogs legs for the first time in my life, and if you've never had it before too and game to try, this is where you should do it. Generous amounts of garlic and butter accompanied the "chicken-fish" textures to perfection.
The medium rare whole rack of lamb was divine.
Lovely wine selections and the cheeses!! Wow! A walk back to our hotel after dinner was much appreciated after such a rich meal.
