★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furnitures are a bit old and rusty, I think it is time to renovate a bit and replace some rusty ones. The legs of the chairs and tables were unstable. The lights on the indoor areas were uncomfortable too, as some of them spotting straight to the face, and the type of the lamp being used were the kind that made the temperature in the room raised. So, eventhough it was only three tables filled with people, it still felt too hot inside.
Cakes and pastries were yummy, coffee was nice, people were friendly and warm. Price was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always here for good and fresh breads. Good pastries and cakes too. Very crowded during lunch and dinner time but good service for take away. A bit more expensive than others but the breads, pastries, and cakes are worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here on Mar 26 at 9.23. Been waiting for 30minutes, tried to politely call some waiters to start ordering but no one got back to us.
There were some Chinese Indo and Westerners arrived later and the waiters served them immediately.
I decided to move to other place. So horrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on Pacific Place's Ground floor, PAUL offers a selection of baked goods, drinks, and meals. Provided is my order of smoked chicken sandwich and a cappuccino, which is excellent in quality. For its' price point, PAUL sure delivers, with high quality ingredients and delicious food. Their croissants, especially, is a must try. The place is a bit crammed, however; so if you still keep a strict policy on social distancing, this place is not for you. But, for that authentic Parisian café experience, PAUL is the best place to go in Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an early dinner in this Paul and ordered a complete omelette and hot chocolate. The omelette was fluffy and tasty but the side dishes were far from sufficient for a 100k food. The hot chocolate might still be okay for 55k, taste and portion wise. Overall, I could only give a three-star. Sorry.
