β β β β β Pelayanan baik dan memuaskan, untuk hasil laboratorium sekitar satu jam, bisa masuk lewat Telkom Pasar Anyar/Kejaksaan Negeri Bogor/Samsat. Untuk calon pengantin kalau mengalami kendala waktu bisa buat janji di sini aja, cek HIV dan imunisasi tetanus hanya Rp.20.000 (Desember 2019). Satu kawasan dengan Kantor Kelurahan Pabaton.

β β β β β Saya ke puskesmas boteng sudah bertahun2 baru ngalamin kejadian yg buruk saat nanya pasword Wi-Fi ke petugas pendaftaran waktu itu saya mau pulang bersama ibu saya pesan taksi online tp HP saya ngga ada internet terus saya lihat puskesmas boteng pny Wi-Fi, ternyata diluar dugaan itu petugas laki yg msh muda ngga ngasih pasword Wi-Fi, alesannya bkn untuk publik, saya malah disuruh ke kantor kelurahan yg lokasinya berdekatan dng puskesmas, katanya ada Wi-Fi untuk umum di kelurahan itu, dongkol banget saya dengar perkataan petugas itu, ko bisa sih anak muda begitu kerja di puskesmas? ngga pny perasaan banget, ngga ada otaknya, semoga hidup mereka dipersulit, kapok dah ke puskesmas boteng, PEDIT!
I've been to the Boteng Public Health Center for years, I just had a bad experience when I asked the Wi-Fi password to the registration officer. At that time I wanted to go home with my mother, I ordered a taxi online, but my cellphone didn't have internet. Then I saw that the Boteng Public Health Center had Wi-Fi. That's a young male officer who didn't give a Wi-Fi password, the reason was not for the public, I was instead told to go to the village office which is located close to the puskesmas, he said there was Wi-Fi for the public in the village, I was really annoyed when I heard the officer's words, how come can young people work at the puskesmas? They don't really have feelings, they don't have brains, I hope their lives are complicated, they've given up on going to the Boteng Health Center, PEDIT!

β β β β β Saya ingin berbagi pengalaman pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Bogor Tengah untuk poli Gigi dan Mulut menggunakan kepersertaan BPJS untuk anak saya yang ternyata harus dirujuk ke RS karena harus dilakukan tindakan pembedahan.
Awalnya karena tidak bisa mendaftar antrian via aplikasi JKN karena aplikasi mungkin sistemnya sedang maintenance, saya telepon ke kontak Puskesmas untuk waktu terbaik mendaftar antrian. Alhamdulillah diberikan informasi yang jelas untuk datang 30 menit sebelum jam 8 pagi.
Datang pagi, dan memang ternyata on time. Petugas Puskesmas 30 menit sebelum jam 8 pagi mempersiapkan alat antrian otomatis yang sebelumnya sudah menunggu beberapa pasien BPJS juga karena tujuannya mungkin Sama agar mendapatkan antrian lebih dulu.
Setelah mendapatkan nomor antrian, tepat jam 8 pagi, loket pendaftaran administrasi mulai beroperasional dengan pelayanan administrasi yang Alhamdulillah cepat dan baik.
Setelah proses pendaftaran dipersilahkan untuk menuju ruang tunggu yang berada di depan ruang poli untuk menunggu giliran dipanggil melakukan pemeriksaan oleh dokter.
Saat dipanggil setiap pasien, dengan ramah disambut dokter dan asistennya. Dan dilakukan pemeriksaan dan tindakan. Karena anak saya harus dirujuk, dengan sistem JKN langsung dibuatkan surat rujukannya dengan cepat.
Untuk proses tersebut, pelayanan di Puskesmas Bogor Tengah ini yang saya alami hanya memakan proses 1,5 jam saja. Alhamdulillah puas mendapat pelayanan yang baik dan cepat untuk peserta BPJS.
I would like to share my experience in providing health services at the Puskesmas Bogor Tengah for the Dental and Oral polyclinic using BPJS membership for my child, who apparently had to be referred to the hospital because he had to undergo surgery.
Initially because I couldn't register the queue via the JKN application because the application might be under maintenance, I called the Puskesmas contact for the best time to register for the queue. Alhamdulillah given clear information to come 30 minutes before 8 am.
Came in the morning, and it turned out to be on time. The Puskesmas staff 30 minutes before 8 am prepared an automatic queuing device that had previously been waiting for several BPJS patients because the goal might be the same to get the queue first.
After getting the queue number, at exactly 8 am, the administrative registration counter began operating with administrative services which, Alhamdulillah, were fast and good.
After the registration process, you are welcome to go to the waiting room in front of the poly room to wait for your turn to be called for an examination by the doctor.
When called, each patient is warmly greeted by the doctor and his assistant. And carried out inspection and action. Because my child had to be referred, with the JKN system, a referral letter was immediately made.
For this process, the service at the Central Bogor Health Center that I experienced only took 1.5 hours. Alhamdulillah, satisfied with getting good and fast service for BPJS participants.
