★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very close to Taman Safari Indonesia which is a plus if you’re travelling with small children to taman safari. we booked the deluxe mountain view room, and the view is truly superb, cleanliness in the room can be improved but nothing off-putting, the hotel staff were very accomodating with our needs, overall it was a pleasant stay and we’ll definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for family holiday on peak season, but definitely worth it. Spacious room, excellent service from all lines of employee, playground for children also available and good food. Will come back for another stay for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have been 5 star had it been better maintained. Bath room door missing covering. Breakfast buffet selection was in abundance. Asian, European, American and everything in between. Friendly staff. Part of a big resort with nice facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has luscious green area with pine forest. Breakfast Buffett foods also has a lot of variations and delicious. I got room with breathtaking view of the mountains. They also has adequate playground for children to play with. I would recommend this for family staycation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give it a 2 star because i experienced a major security issues. But the management is responsible and gave complimentary stay. Apart from the problem i had, everything else are good. Good for kids with many facilities such as warm water pool and playground. The hotel complex is big, good to have a morning walk.

But the rate is high when I go there due to in peak season period.
However, overall it's good place for stay cation with your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is 11/10, kind and really attentive assistants, from the receptionist to the securities. The view is amazing, so many beautiful areas for photo spots, playgrounds, gym, atm link at the lobby. The superior hotel room is bright spacious, clean, big bed, with a balcony.
Very recommended, I will stay here again if I ever go to puncak again for holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice, clean hotel. Full buffet breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings with landscaped gardens, horse riding, ATV rides, archery. The Lake Haus restaurant was a very relaxing venue. Will definitely be back.
