★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gara2 miskom kmaren pas datang mau cek in kita harus nunggu dri jam stngah 9 pg ditempat sampai jam stengah 2 baru bisa cek in,,harus menunggu tamu yg cek out dlu baru bisa masuk,,dan sampai kita cek out pun harus buru2 karna ada yg mau cek in di hari minggu nya,,kebijakan yg dikasih tidak sama skali kbijakan yg bagus menunggu diluar teras kita bayar seperti tidak disambut sma sekali.seharusnya itungan nya 2 hari smalam malah cuma sharian aja dri jam 2 siang sampe jam 1 siang lg,,tolong diperbaiki agar tidak jd bentrok dan menelantarkan tamu yg ingin berlibur.
Because of miskom yesterday when we came to check in, we had to wait from 9 p.m. at the place until 2 p.m. before we could check in,, had to wait for guests who checked out before they could enter, and until we checked out, we had to hurry because someone was there. want to check in on Sunday,, the policy given is not at all a good policy waiting outside the terrace we pay like we are not welcomed at all. The count should be 2 days and nights, instead it's only sharia from 2 pm to 1 pm again,, please fix it so that it doesn't clash and abandon guests who want to take a vacation.
