★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather old, but the service rate 5 star, from front office, lobby to restaurant & room. The waitress and housekeeping at breakfast on 2nd Floor at Seruni 3 serve with heart, they must be rewarded by Management. And this service covered all the cons on this hotel. Well Done?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in deluxe mountain view. The view itself is 10/10. Great atmosphere at the balcony for shipping your morning coffee. Hospitality is excellent!. We had a very noisy next door and asked for the room change and the hotel change it for us. Cleanliness is 8/10. Downside fot this hotel is just its rather old and the bed in the rook where i stayed in is very firm (not sure of its orthopedic version kinda bed). Overall, the view, hospitality and price on weekdays make it worth to stay here
