★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berhubungan dengan Developer ini sangat tidak menyenangkan. Beli proyek mereka dulu di cibubur, sewaktu bernama cycas residence, ternyata sertifikat bermasalah, sehingga proyek gagal. Uang yang sudah kami serahkan baru dikembalikan sebagian, seharusnya sudah selesai di bulan Mei 2019 kalau memang developer Amanah. Sampai sekarang masih berjuang agar sisa uang kami sekitar 100 juta bisa balik ke kami
Dealing with this developer is very unpleasant. Buy their project first in Cibubur, when it was named Cycas residence, it turned out that the certificate was problematic, so the project failed. The money that we gave up was only partially returned, it should have been completed in May 2019 if it was a developer Amanah. Until now, we are still fighting so that the remaining 100 million of our money can be returned to us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagaimana ya menuntut developer ini agar uang bisa kembali , alasannya selalu tunggu unit terjual ,padahal lokasi yg saya pesan tahap 2 sudah berubah jadi pesantren , lah udh terjual dong ..tapi kok di suruh ganti kavling....aneh kan ,trus kemana uangnya ...tolong kemana saya harus melaporkan pihak developer ini ,pemiliknya Pak Didi ga mau jawab telp ,nomer saya di blok , staf di lokasi mbak Tuti juga melindungi Pak Didi dengan tidak terus terang ....tolong ada yg bisa bantu ?
How can I demand this developer so that the money can be returned, the reason is always waiting for the units to be sold, even though the location I ordered for stage 2 has turned into a boarding school, it's already been sold.. but how come they were told to change the lot... that's weird, so where did the money go? ...please where should I report this developer, the owner Pak Didi doesn't want to answer the phone, my number is blocked, the staff at Ms. Tuti's location also protects Pak Didi without being frank .... can someone help please?
