★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jalur masuknya cukup sempit untuk mobil. Jalan juga cukup banyak yang rusak do beberapa titik. Banyak lubang di mana-mana sehingga membuat akses ke sana tergolong tidak nyaman. Apabila hujan deras luba-lubang sulit terlihat yang rawan terjadi kecelakaan ringan. Tapi daerah ini cukup ramai. Dan tergolong daerah yang aktif karena di malam hari pun masih banyak kendaraan lalu lalang. Keuntungan memiliki rumah di sini karena kantor polisi cukup dekat. Pasar tradisional untuk membeli bahan-bahan makanan sehari-hari pun mudah didapatkan. Jikalau aksesnya diperbaiki mungkin harga tanah di sana akan meningkat lebih tinggi lagi.
The entry lane is narrow enough for cars. The road is also pretty much damaged at some point. Lots of holes everywhere, making access to it quite uncomfortable. When it rains heavily, the holes are hard to see which is prone to minor accidents. But this area is quite crowded. And it is classified as an active area because at night there are still many vehicles passing by. The advantage of owning a house here is that the police station is quite close. Traditional markets to buy daily groceries are easy to find. If the access is improved, perhaps the price of land there will increase even higher.
